I don't like them, although Tim Owens is a beast. But yeah, it's bullshit he doesn't get to listen to them. He actually couldn't listen to When Day and Dream Unite by Dream Theater. And another thing I hate about Spotify is that a lot of times the only issue they have of an album is the Deluxe/Collector/Special/Ultimate edition with different tracklist, a million bonus tracks, demos, instrumentals, live versions. Just give me the fucking album man. Rainbow Rising has 6 tracks. In Spotify it's 19. That's cool, but why don't they also have the basic album? It's annoying as hell. Specially when I hear a bonus track and think it's part of the album, and then is some unreleased leftover from an album that wasnt released yet. Sorry for the rant.
He loves the groove. This is pop music written by a heavy band. Turbo is awesome! Make sure you don't skip Blood Red Skies on the next record. It's got one of the best, catchy choruses from Priest's entire catalogue.
Reckless was supposed to be the song in "Top Gun". Priest thought the movie would flop, so they backed out. And that's why we have "Highway to the Danger Zone" instead of "Reckless". Imagine Top Gun with Reckless as the theme song? What kind of response would Priest have gotten in the mainstream. Coulda been a cooler world.
TundraL5Z yeah everyone says this album and ram it down are amongst the worst Judas Priest albums I disagree both are ok albums for me. Some great songs on both turbo has turbo lover, private property and out in the cold while ram it down has come and get it, blood red skies, ram it down. However both albums have songs like parental guidance Wild nights, love zone and that god awful Johnny b Goode cover
Oh man he is so gonna hate Painkiller and it's gonna be hilarious. And I love Painkiller. I don't care too much for Ram It Down. I actually think he might like something along the lines of Accept or Dio.
Appears this album suits his Sunday mood but if he played this while driving to work or back home on a weekday.. I'm pretty sure he'd be yawning and skipping every track ..Based on daily observation lol, his mood pretty much dictates his decision ;)
Dude you would love the band Nevermore for a marathon!! Heavy, headbanging riffs, amazing vocals, INSANE drumming, and above all, some of the best guitar solos you will ever hear. I would highly recommend them, you would love them! Nevermore!!!!
They opened each show on this tour with "Out in the Cold". You might appreciate it more if you saw it live. They released a video of the concert on this tour. I saw it on VHS when it was new back then. Its probably here on youtube somewhere. You should do a Scorpion's marathon. I think you would like their 80's albums. I can see you skipping "Still Loving You" on the Love at First Sting album though which is blasphemy lol
Ooh, Scorpions marathon would be an interesting one, but I think he might hate the MS and Uli era of the band though. On second thought, I don’t want him reacting to one of my favorite bands of all time. I think Accept and Rammstein would be better.
Sour Apple Painkiller was before the Ripper era. 1990 was the release date. Tim "Ripper" Owens sang for JP from 1996 to 2002. If we're following the chronological order, the next album will be "Ram It Down" ....then "Painkiller".
I remember that soon after releasing this album, Rob Halford told the world that he is gay - it kinda added a new meaning to "Turbo Lover" and explained why he wore all that leather.
I feel how you do about Judas Priest. They're very hit and miss. Really hope you enjoy painkiller, that's in my opinion their finest hour!!😊😊 Hopefully a Dragonforce marathon next!!
Thanks for your reaction to this album jajajaja you make me like this album more than before jajajajaja i'm waiting for the reaction of painkiller, it's heavier, but epic at the same time, i hope you like it (sorry for my english jajaj)
Looks like I somehow stumbled across a guy just getting into metal. Keep up with the Judas Priest btw, Turbo isn't my favorite album of theirs (Painkiller probably is), but I can definitely vibe with it. It's sorta hated by the elitists, but I think it has some nice leads and some fun grooves on it. This is going to be fun. If you need some accessible yet different (we'll call it the next logical step from Judas Priest) bands to get into try these out when you get the chance. Ghost Megadeth Within Temptation Anthrax Iced Earth Blue Oyster Cult Rainbow Motorhead But if you're wanting more of that sort of upbeat party-able metal stuff you can also try Motley Crue Skindred Kvelertak Andrew W.K. (except for the new album which kinda blows) Korpiklaani Finntroll Alestorm (I guess, sometimes? I like to booze up to them and have them on my party playlist)
Aaand after a little hiccup we're back to a happy YouYouYou. Although since nothing was thrown at the camera I say that Nasty call in regards to Private Property doesn't truly count.
ZZ Top's Afterburner album is for you man ! I think you could like it. You should definitely react to AC/DC, i think it's for you. They've got plenty of anthemic hard rockin' tracks.
Games that are perfect for the album. Mega man x Wing commander 4 Super Metroid Final fight 2 And of course star fox 1 and 2 Anyone else got any games that this album would work.
I think the last songs on a bunch of these albums are b-sides that the record company threw onto the re-releases years later and that's why the end of the albums often seem lower energy to Mr YouYouYou.
Had he listened the otherway, 2nd side 1st. We would of got the same review. His mood or schedule dictate, his response. Sometimes he is really unlucky with his skips(all at the worst or same part)so his review is incomplete to say the least.
when I was in high school the kids that were into Judas Priest dressed as though they were in the band and that freaked me out and turned me off of that kind of music, it wasn't until around 2005 when angel of Retribution was released that I decided to give these dudes a chance.
i have a feeling that if you would have done this Judas Priest marathon in reverse. from newest to oldest you would be able to appreciate their later stuff more. i think the disappointment of being taken out of that "pocket" as you refer to it as may hinder you from being able to judge painkiller onwards fairly. i hope i'm wrong though. i hope you love their heavier stuff.
Does your wife like any of the metal you have found? If so which bands does she like? I've always wondered if you show them to your family like "OMG you'll never believe what I just heard!" Of course not slipknot style lol but like the softer ones that aren't an acquired taste haha
Well my friend, I think I have your musical tastes figured out! I'm glad you enjoyed this album. It seems to me that you have a metal edge , but prefer it to have a Pop sensibility! This explains why you liked British Steel and Point of Entry so much. You're a fan of the classic 4/4 beat, straight forward type of song, with catchy lyrics and guitar hooks. You like music that makes you wanna dance! And that's cool! Everyone has their own tastes, and you've clearly outlined yours! That being said. ...keep on going with the Judas Priest. ..there's a few more albums to go. I'm sure that you will find a few more gems in the mix. I'm going to go out on a limb here and offer a few band suggestions, that I think will fit your tastes. Some. ...well most, of these bands are lumped into the category of "Hair Metal" ...but they're all great bands, that offer what seems to be your taste. They are as follows. ..... Motley Crue Warrant Kix Scorpions ( NOT a Hair Band ) Quiet Riot Skid Row Twisted Sister Whitesnake Cinderella Ratt These were the Party music bands. ....I think you'll dig on em....a lot! Check 'em out! Great honest reaction, keeping it real. .....gotta respect it! Let's Keep it going! As always, Peace and Love from Baltimore, Maryland, USA!
For the Love of God don't Skip Blood Red Skies on the next album, it starts off slow. The best song on the Album and one of the best Priest songs ever.
i thought you would enjoy this one, i really don't expect you to get any good response from now on, it would be better to ask for people for a few songs from each album instead tho you might miss something you may like since you don't seem to be on the same page than judas fans, as i see it, their best work starts now, wich is the opposite of your view thanks for the video anyways
After these awesome reactions doesn't your wife seem kinda boring ? Or does she ever wonder why you're so sweaty and heart racing ? 😂😂😂😂😂 my wife would be looking for numbers 😂😂
Finding it funny how he didn't want to listen to anything 80's on this channel at first, but now he's eating the 80's up like candy.
A Van Halen reaction would be super entertaining.
Def Leppard fan, even if he doesn't know it.
"out in the cold" was a KILLER show opener...
Hahah it’s his mission to love the most hated metal albums.. lol The next 4 are gonna shock him.
What 4? The Tim Owens albums aren't on Spotify.
worgegramsci105 oh shit! Didn’t know. That’s a bummer. I actually like them a bit. Very heavy. Lol
Sorry for the rant.
worgegramsci105 Jugulator and Demolition are on Spotify.
Not for me. Which means it's because of the country. Well, that means he can listen to them, so great.
Painkiller onwords gonna be little bit of shock if you like the 80's stuff this much
I just realized that Nostradamus is the first time he's gonna listen to Symphonic Metal. That's fucked up.
Whenever you do Ram It Down, don't skip Blood Red Skies. It starts off sounding like a ballad but its not.
Mitchell Lee Blood Red Skies is an amazing track!
It's actually very groovy. If he gets past the intro it could be his favorite song on the album.
Oh that song is being skipped. He doesn't have that kind of patience.
There are many chances that you'd like Ozzy's and Dio's personal albums. Let's keep it going!
He loves the groove. This is pop music written by a heavy band. Turbo is awesome!
Make sure you don't skip Blood Red Skies on the next record. It's got one of the best, catchy choruses from Priest's entire catalogue.
He would love Van Halen
I'm actually surprised the lack of people asking to add them to the draft.
Steak I’m not calling them metal dude, don’t know where you’re pulling that from
Watch him hate Painkiller 😆
HE
IS
THE SLOWSKIPPER
I've been thinking he would hate Painkiller since he hated early Metallica.
I'm waiting for it haha. I just hope he doesn't skip it.
He's going to hate the title track but he's going to enjoy most of the other songs
Zebes 26 Turned out to be the complete opposite lol. I was pleasantly shocked.
This album has a couple of bangers tbh...Reckless is one of their most underrated tracks
Love the guitar riffs on that one. Definitely a highpoint of the album.
it's weird he hated the last few songs
Reckless is the best song on the album.
They also thought the movie would flop. So they said no.
I know most Judas Priest fans don't like this album but it's not as bad as everyone says
He is not going to like Painkiller
Facts
TundraL5Z yeah everyone says this album and ram it down are amongst the worst Judas Priest albums I disagree both are ok albums for me. Some great songs on both turbo has turbo lover, private property and out in the cold while ram it down has come and get it, blood red skies, ram it down. Judas Priest is one of my favourite bands and this is their best album for me
Oh man he is so gonna hate Painkiller and it's gonna be hilarious. And I love Painkiller. I don't care too much for Ram It Down. I actually think he might like something along the lines of Accept or Dio.
I have always thought Accept and Dio were some of the closest bands to 80s Priest in terms of sound
Appears this album suits his Sunday mood but if he played this while driving to work or back home on a weekday.. I'm pretty sure he'd be yawning and skipping every track ..Based on daily observation lol, his mood pretty much dictates his decision ;)
I love that the video you do when you're waiting for your wife is Turbo Lover. 😂
I actually prefer the second half of this album. I still can't believe they've never played reckless live.
I'M YOUR TURBO LOVER!!
Damn I love that song! lol
British Steel is my favorite album from Priest, but this is my 2nd favorite! Awesome review man!
Dude you would love the band Nevermore for a marathon!! Heavy, headbanging riffs, amazing vocals, INSANE drumming, and above all, some of the best guitar solos you will ever hear. I would highly recommend them, you would love them! Nevermore!!!!
If you like this, you can add Billy Idol to yourlist. Its rock but he's very good
Peter Saints I was just thinking that. Also Def Leppard, Motley Crue etc...
I liked Billy Idol's Neuromancer - which came out in the 90s
They opened each show on this tour with "Out in the Cold". You might appreciate it more if you saw it live. They released a video of the concert on this tour. I saw it on VHS when it was new back then. Its probably here on youtube somewhere. You should do a Scorpion's marathon. I think you would like their 80's albums. Ooh, Scorpions marathon would be an interesting one, but I think he might hate the MS and Uli era of the band though. On second thought, I don’t want him reacting to one of my favorite bands of all time. I think Accept and Rammstein would be better.
I think you're probably right. But who knows? He liked some of the earlier Priest stuff which surprised me.
Turbo is a pretty entertaining album to listen to. People give it crap but I like it even though there are cheesy moments lol.
i'm annoyed he didn't like the last few songs, it's the best part of the album
Dude , you're gunna hate the next like 4 albums. Lol I can't wait for painkiller!
Gabe Ackerman if you're referencing the Tim Owens albums, they're not on Spotify, so he's skipping straight to Painkiller
Sour Apple
Painkiller was before the Ripper era. 1990 was the release date. Tim "Ripper" Owens sang for JP from 1996 to 2002. If we're following the chronological order, the next album will be "Ram It Down" ....then "Painkiller".
Impalaman1968 Oh, my bad. Dislike my bullcrap, I deserve the shame.
Sour Apple ...no dislikes needed! Just a friendly correction.....no one knows the facts until they discover them!
It's all good! Lol!
80's music when music was actually music, all instruments....no digital gadgets and stuff
I remember that soon after releasing this album, Rob Halford told the world that he is gay - it kinda added a new meaning to "Turbo Lover" and explained why he wore all that leather.
Can't wait for the Angel of Retribution review, that's my fave Priest album!
btw, please don't skip the song "Angel" off that album, starts slow but has an epic finish!
I love Priest n Halford. Funny we didn't catch on to his lyrics way before he came out lmao

This is going to be fun. If you need some accessible yet different (we'll call it the next logical step from Judas Priest) bands to get into try these out when you get the chance.
Ghost
Megadeth
Within Temptation
Anthrax
Iced Earth
Blue Oyster Cult
Rainbow
Motorhead
But if you're wanting more of that sort of upbeat party-able metal stuff you can also try
Motley Crue
Skindred
Kvelertak
Andrew W.K. (except for the new album which kinda blows)
Korpiklaani
Finntroll
Alestorm (I guess, sometimes? I like to booze up to them and have them on my party playlist)
Rainbow - Rising
Aaand after a little hiccup we're back to a happy YouYouYou. Although since nothing was thrown at the camera I say that Nasty call in regards to Private Property doesn't truly count.
ZZ Top's Afterburner album is for you man ! I think you could like it. You should definitely react to AC/DC, i think it's for you. They've got plenty of anthemic hard rockin' tracks.
Games that are perfect for the album.
Mega man x
Wing commander 4
Super Metroid
Final fight 2
And of course star fox 1 and 2
Anyone else got any games that this album would work.
4:18 omg that song is perfect it should be in every party of mankind
I've always loved this album. It's VERY 80s but they did it right.
I think the last songs on a bunch of these albums are b-sides that the record company threw onto the re-releases years later and that's why the end of the albums often seem lower energy to Mr YouYouYou.
out in the cold is amazing, and the following songs are much better than some of the other crap in the album
everytime a little closer to painkiller, one of the best albums of all time, speed metal at its best
Wild Nights is the ultimate party anthem.Think you need to listen to that one again.
Had he listened the otherway, 2nd side 1st. We would of got the same review. His mood or schedule dictate, his response. Sometimes he is really unlucky with his skips(all at the worst or same part)so his review is incomplete to say the least.
Turbo Lover, by Judas Priest. Good song☺😊
Great job as always
Hope u don't have to wait too long
Up the irons
Van Halen, Motley Crue and Def Leppard need to go into the bag
when I was in high school the kids that were into Judas Priest dressed as though they were in the band and that freaked me out and turned me off of that kind of music, it wasn't until around 2005 when angel of Retribution was released that I decided to give these dudes a chance.
Steak Nowadays every white kid that goes to school wants to be Kanye West or some other shitty hip hop artist. It's revolting.
i have a feeling that if you would have done this Judas Priest marathon in reverse. from newest to oldest you would be able to appreciate their later stuff more. i think the disappointment of being taken out of that "pocket" as you refer to it as may hinder you from being able to judge painkiller onwards fairly. i hope i'm wrong though. i hope you love their heavier stuff.

Motley Crue

Scorpions ( NOT a Hair Band )
Quiet Riot
Skid Row
Twisted Sister
Whitesnake
Cinderella
Ratt
These were the Party music bands. ....I think you'll dig on em....a lot! Check 'em out!
Great honest reaction, keeping it real. .....gotta respect it!
Let's Keep it going!
As always, Peace and Love from Baltimore, Maryland, USA!
No Dokken?
Adrian Limon , oops! You're right, Dokken should be on the list too!
Hahaha. Wife isn't ready yet?
he could have gone through nostradamus easily.
His wife would probably like locked in. That could be a love song for him to sing to her
For the Love of God don't Skip Blood Red Skies on the next album, it starts off slow. The best song on the Album and one of the best Priest songs ever.
Is that a bunch of synths I'm hearing in this album? So 80s. X'D!
The album did come out in 1986 soooooo yeah that might be why
Good, you saved the best for monday !
If painkiller doesn't grab you then you have no soul ;)
it looks like your helping people out of depression ha ha !!!!!......keep it going and play dem strangs baby
PRIEST ARE THE METAL GODS!!!!
hey youyouyou take it easy with the next albuns...open mind for a change in sound...another one...more heavy....
Little does he know... his wife is recording him from the window. Hahaha
Keep it going! 🤘🤘🤘
Private property kicks ass!!!!
You'll probably like hair/glam metal if you like the sound of this album.
DismantledDusk Yep. He should do Def Leppard and Mötley Crue
What happened to sad wings of destiny and defenders of the faith. Their is one more missing too (the one with Green manaleshee).
If you love party rock, you need to do a KISS marathon!
You love Judas Priest!
top, top your reaction, priest is party.
Can't wait til Painkiller!!!
Love this album but same reaction as you. Last half i dont like. With the Exeption that i do like Out in the cold. But it did grow on me with time.
Listen to the song painkiller and night comes down lol.
i thought you would enjoy this one, i really don't expect you to get any good response from now on, it would be better to ask for people for a few songs from each album instead
tho you might miss something you may like since you don't seem to be on the same page than judas fans, as i see it, their best work starts now, wich is the opposite of your view
thanks for the video anyways
Yo!
Bon Jovi would be right up your alley.
Skip the slow jams though.
I think Reckless is the best track on the album
So how did he like this but not defenders?
Idk why everyone says that he is going to hate painkiller...
Ruben ASDF because he is...
Because he doesn't seem to like the quicker paced stuff unless it's metalcore. Doesn't seem to like speed metal or thrash.
After these awesome reactions doesn't your wife seem kinda boring ? Or does she ever wonder why you're so sweaty and heart racing ? 😂😂😂😂😂 my wife would be looking for numbers 😂😂
He could probably finish the whole marathon by the time his wife gets ready lol. (joking. I'm sure she's a nice lady)
Oh man, you would love Van Halen. Like LOVE Van Halen.
Turbo was always a weird one for me
WTF... Did you skip over Reckless??
Sevendust!
Protest the Hero next please
Hope you react to Firepower stuff haha
In that pocket 😂
Just an ok album, Defenders of the Faith is so much better but...What you gonna do ? XP
I don't think he will like Painkiller at all
kreshBACON He won't! Too bad
I have a feeling he ain't gonna like Ram It Down
geezus....why would anybody?
lmao
The title track is pretty good, but that album sucks for he most part
PLEASE DO DIO NEXT

You need to do bands like a day to remember or I prevail
William Adams wtf is wrong with you
tehCostHD idc what you say those bands are the shit. You should actually try and listen to them
Check out some poison if you like catchy 80's tunes.
MEGADETH

Do Metallica- Master of puppets, please
RAFA-EL he already has
RAFA-EL he didnt like it
Ricky Hunt fuck
RAFA-EL he doesnt like thrash. He didnt like any of metallicas 80s albums he loved the 90s ones though. St Anger was his favorite metallica album.
RAFA-EL heres the master of puppets review if you want to see it ruclips.net/video/5ZMSLgsUbhg/видео.html

React to $uicideboy$ dude!
Argh why so many of Judas Preist reactions. Hasn't it been like 3 months already lmao
Shun Jags he does the whole discography. Lol
Shun Jags Literally one week lol.
Because they're the best band ever probably
and they have like what... 18 studio albums?! haha
I'm soooo bored with these long marathons where half of the albums are half baked.
Megadeth
Van Halen
Motorhead
do cacophony
50 -50 ....ok
I really don't get him.
This album is an absolute disgrace, even Judas Priest knows it's not on par with anything they wrote prior to this.
