Honestly who gives a fuck about the formalities of punishment. Boogie is his own worst punishment, and I'm not exaggerating. Even though the freakouts, screams and talks of whatever mental issues he claims to have are all fake - the anguish is there. The fact that he got put back on TRT means he doesn't have it. I am willing to bet the CPAP device for his sleep apnea as well as him losing weight lowered his hemoglobin levels enough to were he doesn't have Polycythemia anymore. This is why his doctor is comfortable putting him back on TRT. Being on TRT with Polycythemia is like being on blood thinners with hemophilia. It is very unlikely to happen. This means he definitively doesn't have cancer and has known this for months.
