August will be 49 years since my C5/6 SCI. I take care of my mom who is 96. From being told in rehab in 1972 I had a less than 20 year life expectancy to now expecting another 20 years. It has been an amazing life and I'm not done yet!

Tony Boatright. 49 not out, that's impressive and I thought I was doing well at 34 years as a C6. Both our figures go to show a long post injury life is possible.

Saw your video & I had to watch… I’m a C6-7 quad. At age 17, Motorcycle accident, RT66, Grants, NM 1967. Hit by drunk driver. I remember my parents being told, by my doctors, that my life expectancy was 15-20 yrs. That was 56 years ago. Family, friends and the grace of God, kept me going the first 10 yrs. In 1967, I met my best friend, sole mate, caregiver and wife in Roswell, NM. Celebrated our 46th anniversary this past July…
I love your enthusiasm and positive attitude. Keep rolling!

Wow! I am a mother of two sons, one was in jail for four years, and the other was in prison for 10 years the one that was in prison for 10 years has turned his life around and has a wife and a child and an excellent job and he is a Christian as I am, and I’m thrilled. However, the homeless son is living in an a Piscopo shelter, which is good in San Francisco but he has seems to have mental illness and won’t see kelp. He just wants my money, so I’m trying to set boundaries and not give him money and it’s very very hard for me because I too am codependent so I heard you today on RUclips and I was inspired to take care of myself because I can’t I’m 73 and I’m not really taking care of myself and I heard what you had to say it, and it really really inspired me and I admire you and I will be looking forward to more RUclips’s messages from you from Seattle Washington thank you

I was born with my disability and i have my own challenges but after 26 years of living with it, its very normal now. Everything just depends your mindset and how we look at things

I love your positivity. Thank you for being such an inspiration. My adult son suffered a spinal cord injury about a year ago. He’s had it rough - that’s a stupid comment - pretty obvious. What’s your opinion about people with spinal cord injuries who believe they will miraculously get up and walk one day? I wonder - and think many/most. I think he needs to put more emphasis on living Ihis life to the fullest possible extent. His unrealistic expectations are impeding his ability to reinvent himself. I don’t want to crush him and say, “Chad… you’re Never gonna walk again. So quit waiting for a miracle and start becoming the best version of yourself. It will never be the same so open your eyes and do what you can instead of waiting around for a miracle. What are your thoughts about this topic”

Thank you so much for your knowledge on that topic I was just curious because I have a life best friend since kindergarten and we're 50 now 2 years ago she was in a severe car crash that made her a quadruplet from the night down and I was just and I was a little worried about it before the accident she was a very strong person her health and getting around she was better than me but since this has happened she's not as strong anymore like she kept having cold chills so she was covering up with blankets and laid a heating pad on her chest to get warm and all the sudden she started running a fever and turned really sick so we called the paramedics come to find out she was covering up with some much blankets and heating pad on her chest she was trapping all the heat inside of her body where goodness scape and was making her really sick so the paramedics made her uncover to let out the heat out of her body she got really cold and breaking out and sweat within 30 minutes she was back to normal and she was okay but for a minute it is scared everybody something so simple and small made her sick I was just curious about it and worried

Lord, you have been our dwelling place in all generations.‭
‭Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever you had formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, you are God.‭
‭You turn man to destruction; and say, Return, you children of men.‭
‭For a thousand years in your sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.‭
‭You carry them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which grows up.‭
‭In the morning it flourishes, and grows up; in the evening it is cut down, and wither.‭
‭For we are consumed by your anger, and by your wrath are we troubled.‭
‭You have set our iniquities before you, our secret sins in the light of your countenance.‭
‭For all our days are passed away in your wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.‭
‭The days of our years are three score years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.‭
‭Who knows the power of your anger? even according to your fear, so is your wrath.‭
‭So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts to wisdom.‭
‭Return, O LORD, how long? and let it repent you concerning your servants.‭
‭O satisfy us early with your mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.‭
‭Make us glad according to the days wherein you have afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.‭
‭Let your work appear to your servants, and your glory to their children.‭
‭And let the beauty of the LORD our God be on us: and establish you the work of our hands on us; yes, the work of our hands establish you it.
    📌Psalm 90

    Hello🐎🐎🐼🐼🐼🦜🦜🦜🐧🐧🐧🐕🐶, 🐦
God the Father loves you so much that He sent Holy and Sinless Jesus (His Holy Son) to earth to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on a cross for our sins. He was in the tomb for 3 days, then Father God raised Jesus Christ (Y'shua) to Life! He appeared to people and went back to Heaven. We must receive Jesus sincerely to be God's childJohn 1:12. "But as many as received Him, to them He gave power to become the sons of God, even to them that BELIEVE on HIS name." That is great news! Will you sincerely receive Holy, Lord Jesus into your life today?
