- Today we're talking about how to teach the Musette in D Major BWV Anh.126 from the Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach. This is one of the most fun Baroque-era pieces to play at the early intermediate level.

Super helpful! Thank you!
You're welcome! Let me know if you have any requests for pieces for me to discuss.
@@JannaWilliamsonas a student,I have to say soooo helpful,thanks❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉💐💐💐
This is excellent. I learned it on my own, and some ideas on how to do it are similar to yours, but i think that i would have master it quicker with everything described in this lesson :)
Brilliant
Thanks Janna! As an adult learner I benefit from these videos as well. Cool to see things from a teacher's perspective. Two pieces from repertoire I've learned but would love to watch a video on by you are the "Happy Farmer" by Robert Schumann, and "Play" by Bela Bartok. I've learned about 40 pieces from RCM grades 1-4 and those two would be amazing to hear your teacher's perspective on if you'd be interested. Thanks for uploading these videos either way!
Thanks for watching, Jordan! Can you tell me any more about which Bartok your referencing (tell me which book it's in or from which collection - there are various translations of titles for Bartok and I want to make sure I have the correct one.)
@@JannaWilliamson Thanks for the reply, Janna! The Bartok piece is "Play" For Children, Sz. 42, Book 1 - No. 5 Play.
Here's a recording of it I found of it in case the different translations/editions have different numbers.
