Pokémon Needs More Water: Why Generation 3 Is Peak Pokémon

Pokémon Generation 3 (Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald) are famous for having a bunch of water and water HMs and also being really good. I think those things are all true, but Generation 3 water is awesome and it should have more of it.
