These rolls are super fluffy and moist. I just made them last night. 30mins baking time I thought was too long but they came out perfectly golden color. I didn’t add the frosting cuz my family prefer not. Instead, I brushed some milk on top of the roll once they are out from the oven. It was the most wet dough I had been worked on but result are amazing!!!❤ Guys, try this out!! And I enjoy watching your video as always❤❤Love it love it!!
These are seriously the best!!! My absolute go to. It’s taken me forever to master a cinnamon roll and these turn out AMAZING!!!! I use active yeast instead of instant- so just let it activate first for 10ish minutes with the liquids and then you don’t have to wait extra for proofing. Definitely recommend!!!!
Made these for Christmas and they are very good. I am not a baker but following her directions was so easy. And the results are perfect. Thank you! Definitely going to continue to make these and try more of your recipes.

I have been baking for years now but cinnamon rolls had me where I was scared to make them and when I did I missed 2 steps and I love the fact that you showed me exactly what steps I didn't do and a couple of steps that I will do when I make the next batch of rolls. Hey! You probably won’t see this because this video was posted 9 months ago, BUT… what if you suck at rolling out the dough, and after you cut your pieces you realized the center pieces looks amazing and big, and the end pieces are smaller and not amazing. Do you still cook it for 30 mins?

Yes do the first part with a hand mixer (when you only add 2 cups of flour) then do the rest by hand using that folding technique!
