I'm going to be so controversial here. No Bake cheesecake is superior to baked cheesecake. Baked just has that dense grainy but not grainy feel to it. No Bake cheesecake is just creamy and smooth and so freaking good. And not to mention, always a no fail. But if someone offered me this one, there's 0 chance I would say no. But if i had the choice of them at the same time, no bake would win!
Hahahah! OK so I'm not mad at you, but I disagree. No-bake is always so wet and gloopy!! But hey, to each their own heheh. Glad you'd still enjoy a slice of this though :)

No you don’t since you don’t put it in the water bath! Just on the shelf over it

I haven't tried either so I can't vouch for it personally but I think a full fat yogurt could work!
