@@Silverdaay Because many of the ppl who like that song don't know who put it out, and don't seek out any of their other music... even now in 2024 I often see or hear ppl comment "Oh I know that song but never knew who sang it."
One of the last legit bands with live sessions sounding better than the original song, and really the only band with no bad songs. We've all must have done something good in our lives to end up here.
About time we got more Kaleo. Saw them open for the Lumineers. Went to that concert to see them. Not really the Lumineers haha.

Kaleo is one of the many talented bands that sound almost better live than on their CD.
They need far more recognition for their talent than people like Kanye, who don't have a sliver of this talent.

But Kanye is a fake, he doesn't write or truly sing/rap nearly as good for the amount of praise he gets. There are much more true rappers out there. That's only my opinion, yours clearly disagrees and that's fine.
I just saw this band live on a festival two days ago, and they were among the best bands playing there. 👍 Such intensity and skill ♫👌

What hurts about Kaleo is, there are very few people who know them, and those few people consider them one of the best bands in their field. Imagine if they had more exposure

I only discovered Kaleo this year (2023- though actually first heard them in the first ep of the Icelandic TV series “ Trapped” in 2016 but didn’t think anything of them then till I started watching it again this year and recognised them having become a fan!) JJ has a voice from the Gods! Wish he’d kept his hair like this. Looks way better than long. Dying to see them live!

Once quarantine is over, I'm going to see when and where the next Live KALEO concert will be, and if it is close enough to me, I will buy tickets and go to that concert! That's the first thing I wanna do after quarantine is done (which won't be for a while unfortunately... I kinda wanna cry now)a

Well it was never officially released until recently. JJ rarely played it. The only known video 2 years ago was a 1:30 clip.
Kinda hoped that they would've pulled out a mandolin for the solo like on the recording. Love that instrument. Still loved the live show tho.
