    I've never had good balance. Standing on one leg and bending? Mwahahahah. So I need to practice.

      Start your exercises where you are comfortable, and progress slowly over time!

      @bemobilephysio thanks. Yeah, I'm impatient. My lack of balance skills date back 70 years when i first started walking - was never blessed with good balance. However, my strength and cardio are motoring along!
