I'd have to go back and look at our Inclement run! imo the romhack creator Dekzeh puled the best aspects for nuzlocking from Radical Red and Emerald Kaizo and combined them to make a nuzlockers paradise here. It's not REALLY the "new emerald kaizo" because you really can't replicate everything that went into that game, but Run and Bun does a better job than any other hack emulating EK's feel.
It had Leftovers, so it was going to do negligible damage, and Spark always 2-shot anyway. Definitely valuable to get a little chip in where you can whenever you can though, i see your vidion!
All difficulty hacks are now played with rare candies and level caps. The difficulty comes from making decisions in battle and not for how long you can press A
