Obviously you've already completed this but as a rule of thumb for RP, if a pokemon doesn't have a moveset listed, it uses the last 4 level up moves, which would give Leafeon Night Slash, Swords Dance, Leaf Blade, and Psycho Cut.

Fwiw I don’t think this applies to all ace trainers. I’ve had them use egg moves and TM moves against me - in fact I distinctly remember losing a mon to an ace trainer’s ice beam blissey in snowpoint city
As it was said, not all ace trainers get this learnset. For example, Cappy's murderer, the Magmortar, ran thunderbolt despite it not being in his level up learnset.

I usually gloss over some of the less-important fights in our standard runs, but RP has so many make-it-or-break-it moments, hence this LONG (But hopefully enjoyable) experience heh

Some advice for the Growlithe encounter you got early: Chimchar gets Taunt at level 8 if I remember correctly, so you can just disable Roar and chuck balls until it’s caught

Regarding trainer movesets, it seems like most trainers are packing level-up movesets, the thing is these are beefed up in RP. That Lv 39 Leafeon with Psycho cut? Learned that at Lv37. There's a few trainer classes (mainly ace trainers) that have customized movesets. It's possible to find those out by... hacking the game with DSPRE and looking up the trainers XD. It's my plan for my upcoming Victory Road run.
And Dry Skin is bugged? Wow. I swapped between Toxicroak and Houndoom a lot in Wake's gym and almost lost Doom to an Aqua Tail that I was sure Floatzel would never use vs Toxicroak, thankfully it missed. Now I understand why.
...On another note, did you need to do anything specific to get your RP save to work with Pkhex? I tried it and it didn't recognize the game, and minimal research told me it wasn't supposed to work with RP so I gave up.

Gyarados makes SO MUCH SENSE to be Water Dragon, but here we are!
Water dragon isn't a bad type for mitotic, but water fairy fits it much better imo.
I'm still confused as to why gyarados isn't water dragon, but what I'm especially baffled by is that even MEGA gyarados isn't dragon for some reason.

Munchlax is a friendship evo! I did spawn in Pomeg berries to speed up the process, but technically I could have ran for a few hours in place to achieve the same effect... so I thought it was fair and in the favor of time to stuff the big boy full of friendship berries instead!
@Whacko thats smart. I went the slow route and just did puffins to evolve at level 30! I can even begin to imagine how to nuzzlocke this game. So far even at even level with most gym leaders I've barely made it out with two pokemon. And I also play on set and look up movesets and items
