@@JetPrintPOD okay so I placed an order through my own tiktok shop to see if the product would automatically come to you. The order went straight from tikTok to Shopify but it did not go to jetprint fulfillment pending pending board.
Hello, currently, we do not integrate with the TikTok Shop, so you cannot directly sync orders to JetPrint through TikTok Shop. If you publish products to your TikTok shop via Shopify but find that orders are not synced to your JetPrint account, we will address this issue. And we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
