Some fun facts, the singer from 2019 has a cameo in the Eurovision movie "ESC the story of Fire Saga" and she sing along with other former contestants, some of them winners. 2021 Natalia, who participated in the previous years, has one of the longest note in that song. Also she dropped her mic 🎤 during the performance. One of the backing singers of Pasha in 2012, was the representative in 2013 (Aliona moon)
And Pasha wrote song for Aliona and playing piano on stage
Moldova just does Moldova, the little quirky country in Eurovision like maybe Island, and it reminds me a bit of Portugal too in a way, where Portugal just send whatever they want and if it does well it does well, if it don't it don't, They don't follow (much of) a trend. My favorites from Moldova are Sunstroke Projects 2nd entry from 2017(Their first was in 2010 and their saxofonist became known as epic Sax guy from a youtube meme of the 2010 entry), all 3 songs from Zdob Si Zdub (2005, 2011 and 2022) and 2013 O Mie.
I love when you comment because I get to learn so much in such a short time from you. Yes I have grown to love Eurovision but I am still a baby in terms of being a fan. 5 years in the making and up untill now I have kept this pleasure to myself. It doesn't matter if you have just been a fan for 5 years, you enjoy Eurovision, and thats just great. 🙂(I've been a fan since 2000 and watched a lot of the old stuff on RUclips) I really like to see which songs you might enjoy most, but also are very honest but still respectful if there is something that you don't like (as much), and it's really nice when reactors also really enjoy many of the much older songs too(50s-70s).

i`m romanian and so, moldova`s culture is tied with mine. they`re wearing modified tradtional clothing for dancing/ moving around and to have a modern touch of the time
