    Thanks for the video. Going to try it. When I was 12 a girl laughed about the way I laughed and that seems to have been the start of a long term process of not allowing myself to laugh...

    Thank you, I’ve had some really horrible fears that have taken over my mind for 3 weeks now. I go to see a therapist tomorrow and I’m very excited!

    I love 💕 laughing and smiling
    When there's a nice girl at work lea love to laugh so I talked about it "Lea you like laughing and what about crying, do you like crying" and the she said "no it's not good for us I prefer laughing".
    So as Marissa said"NOOOO I don't like crying I like laughing ".

    You may have pain, stress, depression, failure and sadness. The only solution is it's your smile. You can solve any problems with one small smile. So Keep smiling always.

      Hi Karen, I'm not a doctor so I can't say for sure. Laughter exercise does work the abdominal muscles, so you would want to proceed gently. While laughter has been shown to be beneficial for pain relief, I don't know if it would help IBS, or if it could make symptoms worse because of the abdominal movement. If you decide to experiment with it, start small and gentle to see how it feels, and if you have any concerns please contact your doctor.
