The 18V LXT cordless fan jacket has a power source that accepts Makita 18V LXT and 18V compact Lithium-Ion batteries that powers air circulation inside the jacket for up to 12 hours of run time on the high setting when using a 5.0 Ah battery (BL1850 sold separately). You can also keep your portable electronic devices charged-up with the convenient on-board USB power port. The fan jacket has three air flow modes plus turbo mode so you can adjust the air flow to the work conditions.

I'm really hoping you weren't serious with that dumb comment. Are you really worried about your neighbors? Feel sorry for you if you really are. Obviously what what difference would it make if you're comfortable and if they know you don't you think they might ask you about that and you would tell them that's why your comment seemed so stupid and I don't believe that you are that stupid only you know the answer to that. I'll give you a chance to redeem yourself by saying you're only kidding and hopefully you really were. Really dumb comment unnecessary to even mention in this context

Man, we come in January to VIC from The Netherlands to maintain/rebuild heating systems in a greenhouse. There is no wind and there is about 15-20 degrees hotter than outside. I've got a heatstroke once in Germany in the greenhouse while outside temperature was 37C(inside 65). Wondering what it is going to be in AU. Have any tips?

@@PerpetualVoyager hi. I'm a plumber/ amateur greenhouse experimentor. January is hottest time in Victoria. Normally mid 30 degrees upto 40 in heatwave . I am Located 2 hours North of Brisbane. My problem is also humidity. Vic is dry temperate air. I will tell you my experiment( not quite completed and working),and you can laugh. I have a 22000 ltr water tank lower than the greenhouse. I have constructed a 150 diameter U PVC Pipeline in a coil to act as a heatexchange in the bottom of the tank. I have a 200 diameter electric fan connected above the tank which forces the air through the conduit And back up into the greenhouse. I also have a double layer of heat resistance specialised greenhouse Upvc cover sheet. This blows up like an air matress creating an insulation barrier that's translucent. ( I bought this from a NZ greenhouse maker.) It works as good as an air-conditioner. And condenses the air into a water collection well that I pump out .

an air conditioner drains 800 watts of power. at 18 volts, that's at least 45 amps. a thermoelectric cooler would still require 18 volts at 4 amps and that won't even cool you. it'll just generate heat on the other side, something you dont want .
