I'm using my son's pen name.I'm Tita Hidalgo.I love your succulent arrangements!I'll ask my son to put a drill on my Wheel Barrow.Yours look beautiful!
I just realized why you call it chopsticks and succulents. I'm making holes for my succulents with chopsticks as I watch your youtube video and see that so are you. They come in handy!
Ohhh how I wish I could just spray mine with the hose like you do, that would be so much easier, but we have so much limestone in the ground here where I live and it leaves white splotches all over the leaves. My Black Knight looked the worst after I purchased from a local supplier who was overhead watering all his babies so I ended up wiping it clean with a milk solution. ( info was found in a Google search ) What a great bargain that cart was! Love it. 💚
You have a very beautiful collection of succulents Teresa and thank you for all the guidance and ideas you give. It’s been very helpful and encouraging for new beginners like me
I personally love arrangements but I like my succulents separate so I can pay more attention to them and see them better. This was a great video, your channel has been so useful to me!
@@ChopstickandSucculents I will probably play with them when I grow my collection. Right now, I have so few, that they are like my babies and I want them to have as much room as possible. But In the future, I will hopefully have a beautiful arrangement like yours!
I am falling in love with these beautiful plants all over again ! I love 💕 them they are so versatile and make any container they are planted in look cute !
I'm so impressed the way you explain everything. I wish I would have been living in the same surrounding to actually see your garden. It must be a great experience.
Your site is just beautiful! Thank you for everything you do for so many. Your voice is sublime. I become completely entranced and relaxed after watching your videos.
Thank you for the invaluable information I have been growing succulents for years but we as Gardeners know there’s always more we can learn Cheers from Melbourne Australia 🙋♀️❤️❤️❤️🥰🦜🦘🦘🦘🦜
Im starting to love succulent! My husband bought me 1 and im trying to propagate it hope i will succeed. Thanks for your tips. I love your garden how i wish i can have those different types of succulent too. I really love them!
I have never seen such a beautiful absolutely beautiful succulent garden I am just amazed it gives me such joy to watch your video I will be watching for more of them and your book😊❤️
Super video...I will be purchasing your book for my library 👍 You are informative in the way you explain the how, why, and when of growing succulents in a container garden. 🐝🌸
Thank you for such beautiful video. Love all the arrangements! I have to play the video in slow motion so I can see the beautiful succulents in detail! 😁 Good luck with your book!
Wow nice video and I learned a lot. I am begginers for succulent and need more knowledge and I think so hard to have succulent here in Canada due to cold temperature.
What a gorgeous succulent arrangement so colorful. Really enjoyed watching your video and I’ve learned much how to take care succulents plants. I’m new to this, and I would love to collect some rare beautiful succulents.Thank you for the tips. 🌵 new subscriber !!
Please make a video on the potting mix that you use and also how do you fertilize an arrangement and how often? After two years, do you need to repot or replace the soil?
That's funny about your Echeveria 'Blue Atoll,' as I have two currently. One is exposed almost all day, but it's slightly north-facing. it's definitely more reddish-golden than teal-blue...hard to explain. it's facing north but it's not sheltered. sun is pretty much 9am-3pm. Oh, and watering is just misting once or twice a week. Sometimes I use a hose once a month. microclimates. sigh. My other Blue Atoll is basically opposite the other, south facing. definitely shows good red edges and pink undertones. in my experience in Southern California, Blue atoll, Black prince, Echeveria harmsii, and E. agavoides do the best in sunnier spots.
It depends on weather.. I live in Queensland and we get very hot weather hear. My Succulants grown very fast. I use good potting mix I make. My would all be out grown out of their pots. I need to move mine around from heat, and very heavy rain.
Erik Molenaar Hi Erik I have been growing succulents for years and used to sell succulent container gardens at Markers markets I found that regular potting mix, 3 parts, composite I made from Vegs 1 part and perlite I part and a handful of slow release fertiliser works for me Succulent soil from nurseries became too expensive Good luck. I live in Melbourne Australia Cheers Maria 🙋♀️❤️
Hi I really enjoy your video. I have a question about what to do during winter time. I am new growing soculents and I have some were they get rain. Thank you
Hi, I live in Hong Kong and the weather is particularly moist and humid here. Can you keep some tips on how to keep succulents alive? What watering frequency should I try? I love your garden and your succulents look wonderful!
Great video....can you tell me what is the name of the frilly pink edged succulent we see throughout the video used in your arrangement? Is ruffled echeveria the actual plant name if I want to order one? Thanks....
Love your collection.. so beautiful.. amazing.. very healthy.. visited your store & it’s out of stock. Do you know when it will be available? Plan to order 1 . Thank you.
Wow!!!your new subscriber here. I'm a beginner succulent lover and I love your videos it's very instructive and in detailed. May I ask how much is the best temperature from low to highest (my plants succulent and more ,but worried too much on my succulent deck site),since I live here in Vancouver Canada ,the weather is getting cold. Thank you for your reply
You have a very very beautiful and vast collection of succulents. But I noticed that there is no video of yours on hanging succulents. I was searching for it as my string of tangled hearts is turning yellow. Can you please tell me why?
Question:. The arrangement that you made....does it stay outside year round? If you live in areas where temps dive down into he 20s and teens, would the plants still survive through the winter outside? Thank you.
I have recently started this hobby of growing succulents.we dont have lots of variety of succulents.my succulents die although I use the soil prescribed for them.plz help me

Please make a video on the potting mix that you use and also how do you fertilize an arrangement and how often? After two years, do you need to repot or replace the soil?
I seldom fertilize. If the plants are still okay, I do not remove the plants. I just clean up dead leaves.
