Unit comes wired with a NEMA L6-30 which is common for plasma cutters and generator power. I do not recommend using a female NEMA L6-30 to 120V conversion cable. The NEMA L6-30 does NOT utilize a neutral connection, only 2 hots, you might induce large currents to your home fuse box. You will also need a 40 amp fuse box if you go that route.
I recommend using a 30 amp, 250 volt generator with a NEMA L6-30 female output. If you have access to a NEMA 14-30P outlet at 30 amps, You can also buy a Adapter Cord NEMA 14-30P Male to L6-30R Female, 30A, 250V, 1.5 Feet. I will have the ordering link for that product in the description.
