    That's not how to make chilequiles. We use real ingredients such as fresh tomatoes not canned tomatoes. It looks like lasagna. Yuck 🤢🤢🤢

      Why paprika, pepper, honey, radishes, and cocoa powder? Canned food is unhealthy. My family and I don't include it in the chilequiles.
      In a sauce pan we pour oil and fry the tortillas. In order to make the sauce in a separate saucepan we boil the fresh ingredients such as fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili Serrano, and guagillos then season with salt. We transferred them in the blender same boiling water, adding chicken bouillon to give it the flavor, then goes cilantro and blended it all together. After finish blending then pour on the fried tortilla with the oil and stir. The only spices I use are salt and chicken bouillon.
