  • I use my Power Pole Blades almost every time I'm on the water in my Phoenix 721. But when I'm home and fishing out of my little boat, I've really been missing them, so I ordered a Power Pole Micro Anchor for that boat. Power Pole has done a great job of designing a system for smaller boats and kayaks with the Micro Anchor and I was also happy to see how easy it was to install. Check out the installation process for yourself. #phoenixbassboats, #lowrance, #boatrigging, @powerpole, #powerpole, #powerpolemicro

I don't know why the two sallys below are trippin, great video. Can you advise how the micro power pole has held up?

I used it for a couple of years without any issues. Sold it to another fisherman and never heard of any problems from him.

Did you make an error saying with any dc system, disconnect the ground first because clearly in the video, you removed the positive side first? I say positive because the color of the wire you removed from the ground side is red? I did notice you connect the red wire of the micro wire harness to the opposite side so if that's the positive side, why is the ground wire also red?

Mike, that red wire is the jumper from the other batteries for my 36 volt trolling motor on this boat.

@@ScottMcGehee Thanks, I'm not use to 24, 36 volts system. My trolling motor is just 12 volts. I have been around electrician who say how important it is to keep everything color coded correctly so others coming behind us can identify hot and ground wires.

@@mikerobinson4698 He's right and I make sure to do that when you can, but those jumpers are hooked to positive on one end and negative on the other. It's confusing, if you haven't worked with it before.

The audio is real weak Scott. Your muffled The first 4:34 of the video. Must have been a mic issue. Oh well I guess you had some good info there.
