What was your favorite moment from this race?
William Byron winning.
No crashes!
@@Dupontman627 👍
@@gianthand8130Talladega on three occasions (1997, 2001, 2002) had no wrecks
@@Dupontman627 Interesting
Byron has been the first driver to win multiple races every season of the NextGen era, first driver to do it 3 straight years since peak Jeff Gordon
Kinda surprised Kyle Larson doesn’t hold that record.
@@gianthand8130Larson has never been the first driver to win multiple times in a season
@@MLGProSwag69 I was talking about in Gen 7.
I think 3 years in a row now?
@@Jimmy-gg1vs I see.
0:25 never in a million years did I ever expect to see Gus Fring of all people at a Nascar event😂
Definitely not as exhilerating as last year but anyone saying this was abjectly bad is just being dishonest. If it weren't for Byron being out front this would've been a decently competitive race.
I LOVE road course racing!! Makes them boys really drive!!
COTA is a fun race to watch. (2022. Temp 80) A seat on the hairpin turn is way better than on Start/finish line
I didn't expect Giancarlo Esposito (a.k.a. Gus Fring / Stan Edgar) to watch a NASCAR race.
The fact that Kamui Kobayashi race two races total. And both times, Ricky Stenhouse got involved. I hope Corey LaJoie is ok.
Never given up on those Chevys...Congrats to Willie B and Hendrick Motorsports.
🗣️Byyyrrroooonnn, Winner at Crcuit of the Americas... How about them Hendricks boys!🏁🚗💨😃
NASCAR is a joke you should penalize everyone who runs off the track. The point of the white lines is to stay inside of them
Leave the f1 tracks alone
“NASCAR is a joke” meanwhile multiple f1 champs tried and failed lol
OR we could not put fake track limits and have the real limits be the grass and gravel like it should be
Worst race ever, or at least the worst RC race ever. RC’s were getting so good, but since the new car came out they have gotten boring. There’s been one good (excellent) race this season so far, and that was Atlanta.
Looks like Byron’s gonna go on a tear this year
Terror
Word of the week makes the highlights 😂
Here you see why stage racing sucks, it just f‘s up the race
WILLIAM BYRON WINS HIS 1ST 🥇 RACE AT THE CIRCUIT OF THE AMERICAS
WILLIAM BYRON WINS HIS 1ST 🥇 RACE AT THE CIRCUIT OF THE AMERICAS
Capt obvious
Sucked!!!!
They look like amateurs on this track.
What's with the stages? Why not run it like F1 and just strategize?
There’s plenty of strategy. Stages showcase driver talent over pit crews and strategy, though. If you want all your leaders to just run out of gas go watch something else
there was strategy in this race, it's how Chris Bell ran down the leaders at the end
Being a Chase Elliott fan is a headache every week at this point. Keeping the faith in him though.
He was plenty good enough to be up there that penalty under 30 laps to go was a killer then to make matters worst no cautions to make up the ground then had to pit for fuel and tires then spun out I think turn 8 that made it impossible to get all the way back to the top 15 even what really sucked about the spin was he gained back about half the positions he lost by serving that bs penalty then the spin just finished him off...
I'm excited for the next Texas race in a few weeks 😊
Haaaa
Another good run for Bill Byron.
“The ‘Bump and Dump’ “ 😂🤣 3:31
Thats not racing, its demolotion Derby...
@@sandordomonkos8351 Dale Earnhardt Sr.
Race looks boring.
Harvick is boring.
8 minute highlight proves it.
What will CRYBABY bush’s excuse be this week. I thought he is the greatest driver ever 😂
Newer to Nascar here....love road races but can someone help me understand track limits? They seemed like more of a suggestion for this race.
These cars are speedboats and extremely difficult to control. Like you said its almost a suggestion, as long as you dont cut the track then nascar doesnt care
More race coverage. What happened to Chastain from him fighting for the lead to jumping to the final lap. Poor coverage.
Worst race of 2024.
congrats # 24 !!!
love watching the road course races nice way to break up the usual race tracks during the season good race overall
Bell dumped his way through field once again I see…
Look at the small number of spectators. NASCAR definitely on its way out.
Man Shane was doing good till that penalty
#18 MAnd M gotta have
And Kesselowski
one of the most boring sad pathetic Nascar races I've seen !
LETS GO WILLY B!!🎉🎊
Are track limits not really a thing in Nascar?
Man, I thought Bowman had it
Me too
Japoyta didn't bet on the correct driver
Bigot much?
Uh what?
Bigotry much?
most boring race ever
And you decided that watching a highlight video, of "the most boring race ever", was a good use of your time?
Byron takes lights to flag win at Cota while all other drivers fighting each other for track position, Kyle Bush Furious because Bell sends him around and didn't get a penalty after wards so unrespectful way to race - Kobayashi debut in nascar didn't go as plan, He represented F1 former iconic but get facing the bad Sunday driver's again!
Cota at his best but racing like bumper cars only the gibbs group & raptor Byron takes seriously and race like veterans 🤩🏆🍾🏁
The race was pretty good, but I rather the regular oval. Haley is running up front consistantly. That was a surprise. Several great drivers couldn't make it to the front. That was a surprise. Best race car drivers for now. Not comparing them to the old days.
Lets go Willie B!
So happy to see the Daytona 500 champion not go winless the rest of the season, first time since Denny Hamlin in 2020. The last driver other than Hamlin to do it was Logano in 2015, almost a full decade ago!
making Nascar look like F1
As a 2017 and before NASCAR watcher, these new paint jobs are nice.
OH YEAH!
Willie b is definitely the top Hendrick driver.
El Nascar cuando no corre en ovalos es entreteniido. Aca hicieron algo parecido a lo que es el Turismo Carretera actual y fue mucho mas entretenido.
Beautiful
no cautions?
Execpt the stage ones
Ty Gibbs didn't get a 1st again. 👎💔☠️💀☹️
Once again, the "ringers" not a factor.
Man wtf is going on with Chase lately
This isn’t boring than I thought
Road course racing, the only time I wont spend all afternoon watching a race, just the highlights.
Thanks for letting us in on your weekend schedule...I was wondering when you were going to post an update...
Don't scare us like that, ever again!
Ok keyboard warrior. No problem
You don't care for a race that harkens to the good old days of NASCAR? Because they have always raced on road courses, even more so in the 1950s and 1960s, back in the day compared to now.
We lost "track limit"😮
What did You Guys think of The 2024 NASCAR Cup Series 2024 EchoPark AutoMotive Grand Prix from The Circuit of The Americas?
Two words: not bad
Looked boring
@@roymcdre9180very boring snooze fest
William Boring strikes again!!
Cry forever ya baby.
keep crying
Tissue? 😢
These driver are amateurs compated to the driver Kobayashi has to face in the wec. Why would he lower himself to this level of racing
There's zero discipline in Nascar I see. I follow all forms of motorsports and I can't understand why it's encouraged to shunt people in the braking zone and to cut the curb or run way wide. Even the racing lines they take look odd. I don't get it. No wonder it's not popular outside of the u.s. 😅
Because we care what the rest of the world thinks?
The lack of likes for your complaint, should clue you in...
@codymoe4986 yea see that's the thing with American sports to self obsessed then a foreigner comes in and destroys that top dogs. I don't care for likes mate, the series looks like fools that can race properly.

He’ll consistently be alright
Bob Seger - Hollywood Nights
She stood there bright as the sun on that California coast
He was a Midwestern boy on his own
She looked at him with those soft eyes, so innocent and blue
He knew right then he was too far from home
He was too far from home
She took his hand, and she led him along that golden beach
They watched the waves tumble over the sand
They drove for miles and miles up those twisting turning roads
Higher and higher and higher they climbed
And those Hollywood nights
In those Hollywood hills
She was looking so right
In her diamonds and frills
All those big city nights
In those high rolling hills
Above all the lights
She had all of the skills
He'd headed west 'cause he felt that a change would do him good
See some old friends, good for the soul
She had been born with a face that would let her get her way
He saw that face and he lost all control
He had lost all control
Night after night, day after day, it went on and on
Then came that morning, he woke up alone
He spent all night staring down at the lights of L.A.
Wondering if he could ever go home
That was Hollywood nights
In those Hollywood hills
It was looking so right
It was giving him chills
In those big city nights
In those high rolling hills
Above all the lights
With a passion that kills
In those Hollywood nights
In those Hollywood hills
She was looking so right
In her diamonds and frills
All those big city lights
In those high rolling hills
Above all the lights
She had all of the skills

What does that song have to do with this race?
@@jamesswain2465 This Race + Good Music = Satisfaction!
Written in advance for road course NASCAR, I see.
What ever happened to gentlemen start your engines?
Any particular gripes with the way it was said here?
Or just something your shriveling manhood forced you to say?
P.S. Multiple females in the other two series, should they start with, "Ladies and gentlemen"???
#24 is the next Jeff Gordon.
Ehh, Jeff Gordon had 13 wins in 1998 alone...that's 1 more than all of Byron's wins, in a 7 year career, versus one season.
Those 13 wins came in Gordon's 6th season...
He's coming on at the right time, but has a long ways to go to catch Gordon...
Leave roadracing to Formula One. THIS SUCKED!
NASCAR has been racing on road courses since it's inception...
Just become a "fan" or what?
There were no highlights
Get these guys off road courses.
They have been racing on road coursed since the formation of the sport...try paying more attention.
How about you get your license first kiddo 😅😅
110% waste of time having Stock Cars doing road races.. Leave this junk to F-1 ..............................
Stock cars, don't drive on roads??
P.S. Look up NASCAR'S history at Riverside...pay special attention to the dates....
If NASCAR doesn’t drop these fricken BORING ROADCOURSES I’ll be forced to watch the Womens Curling again. ☹️
I wish nascar would do away with these road course bull.
Stay sour bud😂
You wish NASCAR would do away with something they have been doing since the start??
@codymoe4986 well the f1 fan boys are whining about something they know nothing about ...still😢
@codymoe4986 pretty much haha. I grew up on super speedways so maybe that's why I prefer it over road course racing.
Is it me or are the driving standards in NASCAR absolutely terrible? 😂 So many pushes to pass and what even are track limits? 😂
I prefer Gen 6.
Tell me you don’t understand stock car racing without telling me you don’t understand stock car racing
@@joshpauley289 Tbh I actually don't fully understand it but would love to.. I've been watching F1, BTCC, Supercars, Indycar and WEC since I could stand up which was 33 years ago 😂 I'm actually taking an interest in NASCAR whilst trying not to be judgemental like a lot of F1 fans are, I must admit I'm kind of interested in watching it because of Shane Van Gisbergen joining at the beginning of this season as he was an absolutely brilliant driver in Supercars.. some explanations would be nice for how and why the NASCAR drivers can just totally ignore track limits and actually get away with bumping people out the way 😂😂 it's entertaining but a little confusing why this is allowed lol
for a few years they did try to enforce no contact like in other series, but the racing became very boring and the fans hated it. so NASCAR stopped and said "boys, have at it" and left it in the hands of the drivers
Compared to the F1 drivers going around this track these Nascar drivers are probably getting thrown around in their cars. Much tougher race for them I feel
It's embarrassing to watch these nascar drivers try to navigate a road course. It's a joke.
@@essayibcs8528 LOL and the freakout from the guy about track limits. he wouldn't last a second in F1 xD
@@essayibcs8528you do know f1 drivers have raced these nascar races and they’ve sucked, right?
@@essayibcs8528you don't even have your license bud, relax
@joshpauley289 yeah because the cars up until this generation have been primitive back yard junk made for hillbillies
