Ingredients
Pirandai - Finely chopped - 1/3 cup
Ginger - Finely chopped - 1/6th cup
Tamarind - gooseberry sized
Cumin - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - a few
red chili - To Taste
Urad Dal - 1 tbsp
Oil to fry
