Base recipe for 1 tub of ice cream:
2 large avocados
3 à 5 tbsp of agave or maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp of lemon or lime juice
1 regular can of coconut milk
+ extra flavours of your choice!

Hi William, No matter how hard I try I cannot get myself to eat avocados. I know they’re good for you but I just don’t like the way they taste or the texture of them.Maybe eating in an ice cream form might change my mind. Thanks for sharing… We shall see 😍
