Mid 1980s, purchased mine directly from Mr. Seacamp along with some 10 other federal agents as a special lot for US Customs Special Agents in San Antonio, Tx. Mine was carried daily as backup until retirement , and then some 20 year in retirement. I’m in 100% agreement with this evaluation. An awesome backup. Love it,

Just acquired a Milford made one of these last week. Three reasons I always wanted one.. I grew up in Milford the first 28 years of my life, its built like a tank and gets lost in a pocket, and I'm a funeral director who had the honor of handling the service for Larry Seecamp when he passed. Knowing I have a gun he personally tested made in my home town, man... what an heirloom.

I have carried one of these in 32 ACP for 10 years now and they are well worth the high price. I have had 100% rock solid performance with this little gun. A couple of other friends of mine also carry them with the same 100% performance. What is also impressive is how the gun never really requires any oiling because it never rusts. It lives in my pocket where during the summer I sweat on it or just touching it everyday from putting it in and out of my pocket but no rust occurs. The gun is expensive for its type and it is a little heavy. But its all stainless steal. But this little gun will totally be there for you in a jam.

I have 2 of the Seecamp Southwick .32's. I lovem' but they are touchy about ammo. I always carried one in a pocket holster with no worries. Later on I discovered the KelTec P32 and bought one and liked it so much I bought a second. Slightly bigger but lighter than the Seecamp 32. The KelTec can shoot a much wider range of ammo i.e. FMJ and is now my pocket carry. I still carry the Seecamp sometimes but they are like finely made Swiss watches and I hope to pass them on to my daughter. The KelTec's while also well made are more blue collar every day get off me guns with one more round than the Seecamps that I don't worry about getting beat up on a daily basis. The Seecamps are so finely made I feel if you're carrying one while wearing a tuxedo, you might be under dressed. On another note, I have had zero FTF's, FTE, or any malfunctions whatsoever with either the Seecamp's or the KelTec's. I love them both but brag more about the mighty little Seecamp's.

Another excellent video and I appreciate the history of the weapon and inventor. I had 2 ww11 panzer ss friends while in Germany and they both swore that their .32's were effective on the Eastern front. They still had their walthers and we shot them in private-lol. Anway, I won't sneeze at 32 mouse guns.

I bought mine way back in 1990 and have owned it ever since. I have had a concealed carry permit since I turned 21 over 40 years ago. I have never had a malfunction of any kind in all these years. Mine is the 32 not the newer 380. I thought about getting a 380 but when I was considering it the 380 was like $800.00 or so and I just couldn't justify that much of a difference. However the two guns are much closer now price wise so it is now a much more justifiable option. No matter which you choose you will be getting by far the most well made most reliable mouse guns available IMHO!

I bought one in .380. Exactly same size. Then I ordered some holsters from bear creek in Seguin TX. Really cool guy. This is not the only small .32. The north American arms guardian in .32 to me seems to be a little nicer design but it is like a quarter inch larger and like 2 oz heavier....but it is optional, the novelty on seecamp is cool. And the there is the keltech. 32 and it is really cool and also very small and much more affordable. And the keltec is even more well made than I anticipated. My seecamp just has a few filing or grinding flaws where you can see it is more handmade. And the beretta tomcat, it's pretty wide though but a neat pistol, which is double/single. And those of u that think a .32 ain't enough? Maybe not for serious offensive combat but for surprise defense in the street or backup its plenty deadly! Dont be nobody's fool on that fact, many have died and died fast by the .32. Its punching 14 inches penetration and just a couple hairs smaller than 9mm.

I used to make fun of this gun (or .32 ACP in general), until a recent interest in pocket-pistols. I bought a Beretta 3032 Tomcat and loved it so much, I looked again at the Seecamp 32 in a different light. I bought one, and I just love it - It's so small, so fun to shoot, and so beautiful (like a piece of art -It's tempting to loop a chain through it and wear it as a pendant:). My only complaint, and it's so minor - is that the magazine takes some effort to remove. It doesn't eject on its own at all. You really have to dig it out with your fingertips.

Just picked mine up today. I've run a box of the Corbon JHP's through it as well a few Silvertips and Gold Dots. No failures yet with Corbon and they expand quite nicely. I've seen the gel tests for the Corbon out of the P32 and they mushroom out just about flat from the the 2.75" barrel. The Seecamp's 2" actually seems to work better with this load, providing better penetration and more effective expansion. Thumbs up!
