Amen - I been a Aerosmith fan since 1978 when I was in grade school. I've seen them 3 times. One concert was great, they did every song off of every 70's album.

I’ve seen Aerosmith 61 times in my 60 years, Grew up in Cincy n followed them all over the Midwest in the 70s, 80s, 90s.

Just a huge fan at 13 , My father wasn’t around n my Mother was an alcoholic n so I kinda had no rules n kinda did what I wanted n took money my Dad sent for child support n took off.
Kinda remember buying tickets through I think it was called ticket tron in Cincy n back then it was as cheap as $7.50 a ticket n probably cheaper before then too see a band

TRUTH! They DEFINITELY are one of the 5 BEST concerts I have ever seen also‼️

I snuck in the auditorium a little early to get peak at them doing sound checks. They were going over some chords & vocals.
Tyler was on the cat walk when a bad note came outta nowhere through his mouth.

"pointing of rock and roll clubs at that time" it's crazy because just last night I was going through a bunch of my boxes and just reminiscing found all these flyers and cars and ticket stubs from all these clubs that I used to go to see bands and that my own band played in and then I compared it to today when there's almost no Rock clubs or live music clubs that even exist anymore it was such a time to be alive the mid-70s to early 90s
Cherish those stubs.

I'm 38 their my favorite all time band I have an Aerosmith tattoo...they are my dad favorite... I grew up listening to them & they just stuck ...the energy emotion & enthusiasm you just can't beat'em

It was great to grow up in Boston in the 70s! So many great bands. You could hear kick ass music every night.

Great band I thought they were ahead of their time with Toys in the Attic rocks live bootleg draw the line after that not so much I saw the rock tour with golden earring opening up tickets for 6 bucks each and Steven was like right up there with Mick Jagger as far as I'm concerned stay open with back in the saddle of course awesome show

Is anyone aware of live performances from their earlier days being available?
All footage and videos i run accross seem to be post Permanent Vacation, and I'd love my daughter to have the opportunity to see them performing in their prime.

I've heard so many B.S. origins stories from these guys,I don't think they remember how they met.one story was that Tyler got French fries at a restaurant and they were so good that he had to meet the person who made them ,so Tyler goes to the kitchen and it was Joe who made them and that's how they met.
Thank God we had Aerosmith to carry us through most of the 80's with excellent Rock and Roll. The hair bands SUCKED. AC/DC helped, the Cars were damn good then the late 80's Guns and Rose's carried a lot of the weight. But it was Aerosmith everyone looked to.
