I'm a data engineer and learning Rust/Go/Solidity allowed me to earn £100k+ in 2021, something i learnt out of curiousity was very beneficial and my underlying software skills allowed me to learn these new languages quickly so i think learning new languages is always a good thing if it is a trend you see
U are gem ❤ for me specially at this point of carrer (2 years exp) .... it helps a lot as I dont get to hear these wisdom talks in my circle ...we are blessed we have someone like u here 😊
learning is important for software engineers but I don't think exploring everything is possible while in job I did explore backend, frontend, android, ML, IOT .. in college but not while in job While being jack of all trades, it's important to be master of one For example, full stack dev with expertise/gaining expertise in backend Seriously, I've tried frontend development and like most parts of it except developing UI. I don't think HTML & CSS has much to do with engineering .. so even though I know frontend development, I choose backend and would go deeper into it with just around 2 years of experience I find ML interesting but I won't see any job openings that says ML & Backend engineer 2 cents!
Nice content!. Binge watching your videos. Finding hard to find a video without mention of holy redis, seem really excited about it 😂 pls keep up the enthu, level headedness, and world class content..🎉
I think your views are amazing but I would like know how to learn during college days. Everywhere I see things that is amuzing for me like computer graphics, ml, pl research, compilers, etc. How to find which is for me? Do I need to go in depth to the nitty gritty or something else. I am learning Haskell for functional programming language research but then I stumbled upon another beautiful things called graphics which is too good not to get into. And then also I am learning about DB internals by watching Professor Andy CMU course on DB. What suggestions would you give to me? thanks for your amazing advice.
Hi Arpit, thank you so much for making this video. nowadays this video will help many experienced engineers and leaders to think differently. Actually, I was looking for this type of guidance.
I always try to hear you, most of time learn new things and much more practical things. Can you please make video for someone wanted to move into leader role managerial role from individual role. How he should approach it?
Loved your video . I have a doubt. I am 2 yr+ exp . I was working as Java Fullstack (Servlets , MySQL , bootstrap) in my first year and switched , in second year , am working in ETL Based tool . But I have a keen interest in backend development . What should I do ?
Hi Arpit I am a backend developer with 1+ YOE. I find AI & ML to be interesting(Projects which are launched till now). Is it okay to do courses in it or it's just the hype?
Looking at job description and expectations nowadays they want a super human who can code in any language and mastered all the tech stacks
I think u and ur channel is one of the legendary thing out there for engineers❤
As a developer, you are paid for solving problems, not for writing code. Writing code is just another way to solve the problem. Well Said.
Excellent points! Keep them coming! You are making us all better engineers Arpit!

Thanks Arpit, Informative. :)
Sir Make one video for Engineering Student who are in college right now.
Such a valuable information.
Thank you!
Love the clarity of your thoughts! 🙌

Context - Read the 'Hell Yes or No' book by Seth Godin. You can apply this idea in many areas of life.
What should Full stack developer do, we have to look different technology?
Once again arpit thank you for bringing this video ❤
Really a gem
I have done training certification in the cloud then also I'm not getting a job as a Fresher...

Beautiful 👍🏼
thanks
Arpit what's your thought one should focus on breadth in early stages in 1-5 year or we should follow the T shape strategy from starting
Explore the breadth first and then dive deeper.
How about early Amazonians? 😅
How to stay updated with news about tech?
1. HackerNews
2. Twitter
3. GitHub Feed
Suggestion: Don't start the video with your course plug
Essentially give up your life
I'm not gonna marry then 11:00
Your courses may change developers but cant change stubborn Managers. They need to watch sadhguru videos ..
