Thanks for mentioning @e2enetworks at 1:39:00 hours. You don't need to worry about our servers/datacenter being burned down, we use NTT at the backend. Not just algolia but almost 15 of the current 100 plus unicorns in India were born on the E2E Cloud. Nobody got fired for using E2E Cloud in India. India is a single country by latency. 1 location or at most 2 are sufficient in India. Cheers!!! Tarun
Tarun he has pointed out many important aspects that your sales and customer support team need to communicate clearly to your potential customers and upsell to your existing customers. I am sure you are already doing it but maybe it should be part of your marketing pitch
Two Enthusiastic People Whenever it Comes to Try Something New… One is Sharing His Journey to The Start Up (Dukaan) and Other one is Sharing his Work Life Experiences… Two People who Have Guts to Dive Deep and Get The Gem, Whenever they Asked to Do so. Definitely an Inspiring One. And Yes, It Does Create Impact ( SCALER ). Thanks to the entire Team of Scaler and Dukaan for making this happen and sharing the same with all of us.
Arnav and Subhash together was just a delight, this was very insightful, one can create a system design book out of the topics covered throughout the interview(for backend infra). The sync between arnav and subhash was just mind-blowing totally worth the time. Thanks @SCALER team!
WOW....Amazing Content guys.......One of the best insights on Deep Tech interviews.........Subhash is a "ROCKSTAR".....Arnav is the best person to Host this Podcast..........Respect for Subhash & Arnav.
This is insane.. Deep thought provoking conversation.. Only a great host like Arnav who has command on the subject can had this conversation.. @Scaler Team - you were bang on.. And Thank you Subhash for candidly sharing your journey - lots of learnings and take-aways..
This was definitely one of the best videos on your channel. The way you had the command over the conversation and the deep insights which were shared by Subhash were thought provoking. Please bring more of these!
Loved this scalar POD ❤❤ , I feel this is not an interview he gave a lecture on the how distribution systems works , scalar we need more interviews of this kind.
Good content and great interaction. Got to learn about the backend network infra of Dukaan. Thanks Arnav, Subhash and Scaler team for this and the whole series.
As a beginner in the tech world this was a very good podcast I must say. It was overwhelming at some times to hear about most of the tech stuff mentioned here but still I got to learn a lot of new things. Good work Scaler
Guys I need to share this content with my foreign colleagues. Can you please add some captions to it? This is dope and we should be super super proud of where we as Indians are heading in the future🎉
Really good episode. I am not sure of the architecture, but wouldn’t there be race conditions during that 350 ms sync time. Let’s say someone is running a flash sale with limited inventory.
Please explain: 1. Who provides servers located in 6 locations in India? 2. If he is hosting in 22 locations how come he is only paying $1500? Even 1 core cpu instance at each place will make total cost more than $3000. 3. Where is he hosting all of his servers? Cause vulre, phoniexNap and yotta do not provide 22 locations combined!😮 Correct me if I'm wrong.
