I love these type of videos Alfred ! It’s cool to watch these boats in idle coming by, really shows the lines and leans of the boats(and girls). Keep them coming even after covid !
If I have learned anything from watching these videos, it's that the people in Miami, even with all the water that surrounds them, need to stay the hell off the water. They are definitely a Chit Show.
When I had a seadoo this one lady always was on her dock yelling at me and pointing at the no wake sign when i went past and yelled at me to slow down. I would put up my throttle hand in the air to show her I was at idle speed and politely tell her I couldn't go any slower.
Well said folks! As an offshore sailing instructor from Europe i still don't understand why people without any license and even less skills are allowed to run boats over there.....???? What if they hurt themselves or others? Is insurance still going to cover something like this? Over here you would be screwed for the rest of your life if someone gets severely injured or worth...... Even tough, as long as nothing bad happens i find it entertaining..... Keep going Alfred! Like your coverage!
love the helpers that have no idea what they are doing. The guy at 2:45 snugs the boat, bumps the dock, then ties off so tight that you can't bring in the rear around to the dock. Then proceeds to wrap the rope like 8 times around the piling...
This comment does not pertain to this video, but I have sharpened my docking skills a bunch by watching mistakes that at one point was told it was the way to do things. My wife still wont take the captain seat, but she has the skipper seat and has become an expert. We are in and out of the water in no time now. No te crezcas lol pero en parte gracias a tus videos, Chit Show worked for me
I used to do all that stuff, but I watch video’s and learn forward and reverse throttle bumps in and out of gear wind in and wind out current flows man it helps a lot. I guess this guys had not realised they’re crab.
Wow I paused before watching and read threw comments. I got to 7:30 deep and them people I seen had me shocked. I feel like the guy on ramp tying up bow lines was possible having them throw lines early? I hope he's other gives him a back rub tonight he was working.
Man... as a boat owner myself that loves to go offshore and fish, I got insane respect for that guy catching peoples lines to tie up. Not sure if that’s his job... but either way, i would hate doing that all day because I would be so anxious to be out fishing on my boat than seeing everyone else’s boat all day.
From this video I’d say 95 percent of the people bringing their boats into dock never got it on the first try. And those 95 percent shouldn’t own a boat. But thanks for the laughs dude😂
I was part of that caca show coming back we waited almost for an hour. But my nephew went out and he waited for three hours just to put his boat in the water. You should try fishing there there is some huge snook and also sea trout
The guy trying to dock the Grady with the twin Yamahas looks like he is on one engine only and it's tough to maneuver a boat like that with one working engine.
I’m always amazed at the speed at which these so called captains try to dock their vessels. No one ever looks back to see what position their outboard is at when putting into reverse.
Correct, but at Black Point there is one other factor, there are flood gates just upstream and they open the gates quite often after a rain storm and it creates a strong current when open.
Damn man too short of a video i was hoping to see the chaos from all those boats coming back in. I launched Monday and had to wait 1 hour to get in the water and about 30 mins in the channel coming back in. I'm sure Saturday and Sunday were a mess.
Hi Alfred, saw your videos about Seattle Boat Show regarding aluminum boats. Question sir did you see any Kingfisher 31 or 34 Pilothouse and what’s your opinion?
I didn't see the 31 or the 34 at that show but I did a video of the 27 and the 30 footer. I liked them they felt solid. I personally haven't done a sea trial so I cant say more than that.
They all tie up bow or stern they should be us middle cleat first, with the middle cleat tied forward throttle and boat comes right to the bock. Aft throttle boat comes right to the dock easy Peary.
We're here in vegas laughing our asses off... what a chit show. Hahahaha. 4 guys and 1 girl in the boat, but let's send the girl barefoot to tie off the line.. what joke... here in vegas in lake mead. We just drop off a person to get truck, when the trailer gets backed up into the water then we load up boat...I'm having a MOJITO and enjoying the circus show. Hahahahhaha lmao
Hopefully everyone is staying safe. Boat launches can be entertaining when watching folks who shouldn't own a boat or be on the water. Better than watching Netflix🤣
13:09 Can you even drive the boat if your tint is that dark? At least in a car the entire car is dark so your eyes can adjust to the reduced light but on an open boat in the sun your pupils never dilate.
geez, 90% of boat drivers have trouble coming along dockside on a flat calm day. I would luv to see the spectacle with a 10-15 knot breeze cutting perpendicular to the docks. There should be a boat driver test to assure minimal competence before these people can get their titles. If a boat has 2 engines the driver should be able to walk the boat dockside with variable thrust, what a hoot these "posers" are.
Damn, gotta wear masks at the boat dock! That sucks. But I guess being on the water with a mask on sure as hell beats staying at home without! Boat keys, check! Towel, check! Bikini, check! Mask......, check!
Ah yes , I have 65 years on the water and I can tell you tales of watching people dock the key word in their mind is “ aim for the dock “ sort of Small boats are so easy to get right Try this boys and girls : the day I had to jump aboard a large sailboat and get it into his slip in a 500 slip marina all Under sail only because who checks on first sail of the season if you have any fuel nah all those silly details Everyone watched , certain a sailboat in a fresh breeze among all those boats would screw it up I did not and we slid into his slip to cheers , a moment I still cherish but have I messed up sure it’s hell to dock some boats in 30 knots stern first in a tight slip ... we all do have our days
why is it all these outboard boaters will small boats cant even get their little dinky boat into a 40 foot wide slip. lol hate to see them try to pilot a real boat in a real marina.
Sure hope you lot are down to zero new cases of the dreaded lurgey for at least 14 days at these ramps etc... What's with how many people can't drive a boat? Must have been so long some have forgotten how to do it or something...
Half of these guys can’t dock for their lives 😂 great video Alfred 👌
This is absolutely ridiculous!
You’re both so right😂
4:58 I think that man should stick to a kayak he will be better off
Most of them come in to hot and then panic.
I love these type of videos Alfred ! It’s cool to watch these boats in idle coming by, really shows the lines and leans of the boats(and girls). Keep them coming even after covid !
love the videos Alfred keep them coming
If I have learned anything from watching these videos, it's that the people in Miami, even with all the water that surrounds them, need to stay the hell off the water. They are definitely a Chit Show.
Great video capt!!!
Loving these dock vids!
Always good people watching at the ramps, gas docks too
Man, don't they know what No Wake means? Idle speed, slow throttle bumps. Whoa...
Thank you ! 👍😎
LOL I was thinking the same thing. when I saw that yacht speeding by just because you have money doesn't mean that you're above the law.
When I had a seadoo this one lady always was on her dock yelling at me and pointing at the no wake sign when i went past and yelled at me to slow down. I would put up my throttle hand in the air to show her I was at idle speed and politely tell her I couldn't go any slower.

Yeah the "Staff" was pretty much useless.
Ahhh. The geneses of The Chit Show!
By the looks of it, it was a good thing those extra people were there. Everyone was 3 feet from the dock
Haha,I’m the guy throwing the rope very badly:(
Hey Alfred this kind videos are fun to watch, get some more
Not only fun, but they are informational in a way, what NOT to do at the Docks !
This comment does not pertain to this video, but I have sharpened my docking skills a bunch by watching mistakes that at one point was told it was the way to do things. Thanks . I would like to see you use your zoom a little more. If they got em out,I’ll checkem out
Love the tail.
Love this videos, it made me laugh of so much stupidity people do on boats
My dad taught me young , when coming into a dock always make a little loop before lining up to come in... it does help I think
I do that too, it better helps you adjust to the surroundings like if there is a strong current, the wind is strong and so on.
I used to do all that stuff, but I watch video’s and learn forward and reverse throttle bumps in and out of gear wind in and wind out current flows man it helps a lot. I guess this guys had not realised they’re crab.

Exciting stuff
entertaining to watch haha, you should do more commentary on how to properly dock and avoid these problems :)
Totally agree.
Grady white operator not the brightest bulb in the box
Captain's with twins turning steering wheels scare the chit outta me.
Fredo do more of these dock videos, brings back memories of the past
Man... as a boat owner myself that loves to go offshore and fish, I got insane respect for that guy catching peoples lines to tie up. Not sure if that’s his job... but either way, i would hate doing that all day because I would be so anxious to be out fishing on my boat than seeing everyone else’s boat all day.
I was thinking the same. I wonder if that's the job or do they just do it for tips. I would tip very well if I was there
He is a Park employee who only catches lines because he is a nice guy.
Have you seen many boat crashes near this area for the boat ramp ?
From this video I’d say 95 percent of the people bringing their boats into dock never got it on the first try. And those 95 percent shouldn’t own a boat. But thanks for the laughs dude😂
Black Point Marina, where all boaters go there to learn to dock a boat LOL. Get your lawn chair and enjoy the show hahaha
I was part of that caca show coming back we waited almost for an hour. But my nephew went out and he waited for three hours just to put his boat in the water. You should try fishing there there is some huge snook and also sea trout
Good thing it’s a Big Big ocean!
3 things I see.
1. Nobody uses fenders.
2. Most of these people don't know what a no wake zone is.
3. Most of these people shouldn't own boats!!
The 3# comment , is the most important. 70-80% of so-called captains, should return their permits to the State......for new exams and recertification
I'm surprised by the number of walkarounds in Florida.
Chit cho.. lmao.. i always call it boat ramp follies!
Hey dude ..show those boat lifts..dont c those on de bayou in LA 2 big 4 a pirouge
I never understood why people approach the dock so fast.
Guys in Miami when you coming to the dock, you don’t use fenders ??
Guys in Miami are like Febders? What are Fenders? Isn’t that a guitar or somsing meng ? LoL 😂
Boat handling/docking skills??? Are boat amps in Florida’s no wake zones?
Wait! They have people on the docks to help you dock?! WTH? Never seen that before.
They are Park employees just making sure you got your mask on and social distance is enforce. Don't think they will help tho'.
The guy trying to dock the Grady with the twin Yamahas looks like he is on one engine only and it's tough to maneuver a boat like that with one working engine.

Lawrence, many a time with these Gilligans, they don't even look back at all !
I had a Mako 21 when docking find which way the tide is moving, then adjust, very simple.

Yo yo sup bro this is nice
What's your opinion of this series smoke should I continue it?
@@AlfredMontaner keep them coming i love it this is what i do
can you post some trucks struggling to get their boats up the ramp without 4wd?
Hi Alfred, saw your videos about Seattle Boat Show regarding aluminum boats. Question sir did you see any Kingfisher 31 or 34 Pilothouse and what’s your opinion?

I’ll look for that video now Alfred. Thank you again
Why are most boats outboards? Even some big ones?
Miami and places south are rather shallow and many boaters like to stop at the various sandbars, hence the outboards.
Mask tans are going to be epic, ͏Wtf
They all tie up bow or stern they should be us middle cleat first, with the middle cleat tied forward throttle and boat comes right to the bock. Aft throttle boat comes right to the dock easy Peary.

She did a great job!
@@AlfredMontaner she did but that's not the point....
Been avoiding the ramps just to avoid this mess...will have to venture out soon tho...
On weekdays it is so different. Maybe only one or two boats you have to deal with.
Dude, missed the forklift launching the boat? Never saw this done before.
Hopefully everyone is staying safe. Boat launches can be entertaining when watching folks who shouldn't own a boat or be on the water. Better than watching Netflix🤣
13:09 Can you even drive the boat if your tint is that dark? At least in a car the entire car is dark so your eyes can adjust to the reduced light but on an open boat in the sun your pupils never dilate.
imagine this volume of boats, one ramp and a 12 foot tide? come film capecod!
Hah. In maine we do it without docks. a sandy beach will suffice. With 5+ knot currents
Doesn’t anyone use fenders?
6:54 someone please tell me why that boat is lifted up so high.
So he can see where he is going.
so the driver of the fork truck can see
I went out on Wednesday

The Park has stronger masks limits than you do at home.
Omg, can't make the payments either
If Fred is running for president is he going to take a Bite out of crime?
The standard of boat driving is not great. Those with twins don’t use them to aid docking 😱🙈
Ah yes , I have 65 years on the water and I can tell you tales of watching people dock the key word in their mind is “ aim for the dock “ sort of
Small boats are so easy to get right
Try this boys and girls : the day I had to jump aboard a large sailboat and get it into his slip in a 500 slip marina all Under sail only because who checks on first sail of the season if you have any fuel nah all those silly details
Everyone watched , certain a sailboat in a fresh breeze among all those boats would screw it up
I did not and we slid into his slip to cheers , a moment I still cherish but have I messed up sure it’s hell to dock some boats in 30 knots stern first in a tight slip ... we all do have our days
Hola amigo los lugares que salen en tus vídeos espectacular por qué no lo editados en español plisss
Seria mucho trabajo
Hope this is not the case with all the skippers out there in the US. On this video almost every approach was badly calculated and executed!
These people aren't as into it as much as us. I don't think they care, or are watching you tube vids of it like us.
The Dude Abides on point...
why is it all these outboard boaters will small boats cant even get their little dinky boat into a 40 foot wide slip. lol hate to see them try to pilot a real boat in a real marina.
this is too depressing to watch ...and these are the guys out boating with me ??
Duck !
Are you like hiding in the bushes??
No I'm filming in an opening on the other side of the ramps. Most people are looking at the commotion of the ramps so they don't see me
6:00, isn't that a no wake zone? Are some people that ignorant? Purely a rhetorical question of course.
"My name is Mr. Stupid head, I push a wake in a no wake zone and leave my boarding ladder down when under way so it can be ripped off over time"
That's what you need Alfred couple bikini girls accompaning you around boat shows 👍
Of all the boat ramps I've seen in South Florida Black Point is ground zero. Fenders out, boarding ladders hanging down, and no common sense. !
$399 a gal. Wowoweeeee
Look that this video @tbrownrecords
People outdoors in the sea breeze with masks on. Madness.
They don't want to get those nasty Saltwater cooties ! :)
Do people not know what a no wake zone is?
They do, but they totally disregard the law. They feel the law isn't for them. :(
i sold my boat n now go 2 the beach..i couldnt be Happier..
We want to see the zoom in on mama sita
Nah, the smartest ones come out really late.
Sure hope you lot are down to zero new cases of the dreaded lurgey for at least 14 days at these ramps etc... What's with how many people can't drive a boat? Must have been so long some have forgotten how to do it or something...
im in the east cost ct and never seen anything like this some of these people should not own a boat
I hate that people take animals on boats scary you can see some don't like it
I don't understand why on a nice day outside especially on the water so many people wearing those goofy masks.
Wearing a mask in the middle of the Atlantic....LOL
Looks like this people's don't work how they get the money to go out boating in this crisis miami style
$3.99 gas and masks on everybody, everywhere on boats and not!
STOP SWEARING OVER YOUR PROGRAMM IT SOUNDS VERY COMMAN11111
Kind of silly to wear a mask on a small boat
LIKE HERE .. THEIR OUT NOW BECAUSE BOATS FOR SALE.
People wearing mask lol
was it really necessary for them to wear masks???? Really!!!
Park rule.
