    Love the tea suggestions. I drink Hibiscus, horsetail most often and my hair is now at 17 inches.
    I absolutely do not use any of those store bought products since they have a lot of chemicals in them which actually damage the long term growth of our hair.

      Horsetail is really becoming my one of my faves. Store bought products do contain added ingredients and I completely understand what your saying. Not everyone takes the time to make DIYs or can afford certain products. I just wanted to show that companies already know how powerful these NATURAL Ingredients are so they market them and include them in their products as well. Thanks so much for watching 🙂🤍

    Hello, thanks for sharing great information on hair. I'm taking your Geritol challenge. So far it's been two months. I noticed my hair is a little thicker in the top area, which was very thin. I definitely appreciate the videos.

    Hey I love watching you videos. From watching your videos you seem to be a woman of God. We know from the Bible that the earth is not millions/billions of years old. You have many people watching your channel so let’s spread the “Truth.” Love you my sister in Christ

    • @jessicahensonspeaks

      Hey Kendra, thanks for watching and thanks for commenting! I am a follower of Christ and love Jesus 🤍. When doing the research on each Individual tea, I did come across articles, blogs, and journals on the internet. I tried to be careful in my wording. I stated “multiple sources online state that the plant is pre-historic : over 150 million years old.” My intention was just to say that the plant is really old. And horsetail is one of the oldest vascular plants documented. Science studies, speculates, tests, and observes things, but science is man made and isn’t always right. I do give a jab to science in my disclaimer part of this video.
      I don’t believe we as humans have a true grasp on time or many other things. God is all knowing, but did not make us all knowing in his perfect wisdom. It is my goal to give glory to God and to provide exposure through my channel. I actually talk a little bit more about that in my next video (dropping tomorrow). But I do hear what you’re saying and I will to be more intentional with my wording 🙂

    I really enjoyed this video it was very informative and detailed. Thank you for sharing the research on these teas. I have recently started drinking the nettle tea, I was drinking it for iron purposes, but I'm glad I learned from your research of all the other great benefits it provides. I really like the moringa health benefits as well, I certainly will be incorporating this tea in my diet. By the way your hair looks healthy and long. I believe you will meet your hair goal!😊

      Yes!! You are spitting lol. Yup I take my MSM with vitamin c. Do you drink the combined teas cold? And ooo hibiscus, rosemary, and ginger is definitely a combination. I may try that. Have you notice in your hair or skin or anything else since you started this herbal tea routine?

    Hibiscus is not supposed to taste sweet, fruity yes but not sweet 😊

      @jessicahensonspeaks  Месяц назад +2

      Lol, I thought it was tart and a little sweet. I used the hibiscus flowers but maybe I used too much of them for the ratio of water. Definitely still going to drink it! I already have been using hibiscus in my DIY hair spray. It’s here to stay 🙂

      Yes! I’ve used Batana oil to oil my scalp and as a pre-poo. I have two videos about Batana on my channel. I love it. And yeah that’s a good way to get Moringa in through your smoothie. Good suggestion 🙂

    Where do you rank green tea?

    • @jessicahensonspeaks
      @jessicahensonspeaks  Месяц назад

      I’d rank it 3rd in terms of hair growth 🙂 based on what I currently know

  • @angelabrunson8573
    @angelabrunson8573 Месяц назад +2

    What’s your ranking according to the most nutrient based to grow your hair?

    • @jessicahensonspeaks
      @jessicahensonspeaks  Месяц назад +3

      All of these are heavy hitters for hair growth. But I think it also depends on how you use them. Is it for drinking tea, hair rinse, hair mask, leave in spray, etc? And I haven’t had the opportunity to use all of these ingredients topically. But if I HAD to give an order, based off what I currently know, I think this would be my order.
      1) Moringa
      2) Horsetail
      3) Green Tea / Black Tea
      4) Hibiscus
      5) Nettle
      SN: I drank 3 cups of horsetail tea and I noticed a difference in my nail strength and length. So hopefully it’s doing the same thing to my hair lol

      You should definitely verify with your doctor! Green tea does have some caffeine and I do believe the amount of caffeine should be monitored

      As far as I know green tea BLOCKS the absorption of folic acid, which is crucial for the fetus.
