I'm re-watching this video to prepare for my upcoming Dashcam review video. I gotta say you did a really good job with this. There's no way I'm going to be able to come close to this content quality. -Chuck
Great video! I was same way as panzer platform said here, trying to find a good dash cam for my Vic. but never decided which one will be the best. Now, after watching this, I think I will get this one. Thanks for your video. Cheers :)
Can you mic both the rear and front cameras, or just the rear? It would be neat if you could get two tracks and split them in an editor- one L the other R.
Night video quality is very nice at front camera but so dark at back camera. VIOFO A129 Duo Pro 4K at similar price does better at the back camera and similar at front. Your video is great quality and very informative and I thank you for that. I was hezitating between the two cameras; now I know I have to get the VIOFO. Also, the GPS is not included with the AUKEY but it is with the VIOFO. Keep-up the good work!
Suppose i want to shoot Video of both the doors at any specific time and do not want to shoot video of Front and Rear , then the SKYBLUESEA B2W & CAMSONIC ULTRA Z 2 & 3 Dash Cam Benefits if a person want to shoot a video outside the front doors sides Left & Right , would be easy to change the direction of both the Cams/Lens , option to Rotate , as they Rotates 180 degrees .I love those Dash Cams .
Picture quality looks good. What is the FPS (frames per second) 30fps, 24fps? How are the files stored on the SD Card? Are they stored in 5 minute clips, or is there a setting to change that? How big is the memory on SD card you're using 128gb? How long can it record both cameras before it starts to loop record? Does this have to be plugged into power constantly? (I'm assuming yes). I ask because I've been wanting a proper dash cam for over a year now.
1) Either 30 or 25, American or European 2) 3, 5, or 10 minute clips I believe 3) I am using 128 gb which 4) lasts about 5-7 days depending how many saved clips I have. 5) I have mine plugged into the cigarette lighter which is on all the time but Ethan's Mini's cigarette lighter isn't, and his works just fine. The only thing is that when the car is off it doesn't record. Here (ruclips.net/video/DGXiXz6QXQ4/видео.html) is a much more in depth review if you want a longer and much more thorough review, it's the video that made me decided that this one is the one I want.
@@Bcmwolverine I've been agonizing over dashcams for a year now. I can't decide if I want a two channel unit like this, or just run two separate units front, and rear. I clicked on the link you provided, and it says a newer model is available for $40, but it's only a one channel unit, so $80 for two. I guess I would need two SD cards, but I'm thinking if one camera malfunctions during a clutch moment, I'll still have the other recording.
@@PanzerPlatform Yeah I don't know what to tell you there. In the year I've had this one I have saved lots of clips, and I have never had it fail on me thus far. That newer one seems to be fairly nice, but quite a bit larger. I like the sleekness of this one. It's nice with this one because everything is on the one card. Also it might be tricky finding a power cord long enough to reach to the back of your car to power the other unit. The two channel one is powered by the same cable that delivers data to the front camera i.e. one cable is running to the back.
Thanks for a great review.
Which is what I really, really like...🙂

Thanks Chuck! I appreciate it! I look forward to your review!
Is the rear camera connected with a cable to the front camera? Or does it go into the car cigarette lighter?
Straight to the point. Thank you!

Glad you enjoyed it! I think you'll really enjoy the camera when you get it!

That would be neat but unfortunately theres only the one mic on the front unit

3:12 Indeed I did misspell worry whoops.
3:20 "Evening" starts with a vowel.
