Could also work as costumes if you wanna do a line of them!

Vampire lady definitely bakes and enjoys making food for people who can actually enjoy it! She gives me vibes of "looks like she could kill you; is actually a Cinnamon roll"! They all feel like if i encountered them in D&D i would be scared at first they would be the nicest NPCs i've ever met! Legit more kind then traditionally more "good" people like humans and elfs! Lol

I love the skeleton guy and the pumpkin so much. I think their story is that the skeleton was rly lonely cause everyone was scared of him, then he walks by the talking pumpkin one day in a garden and the pumpkin like greets him and they start being friends. Now the skeleton carry’s him around to protect him from animals that want to eat him and the pumpkin defends him from mean ppl. :))
I feel like the spider queen would be constantly poking herself in an eye 😅 I get the vibes that she wants to look super cool and elegant, but she's just a great big clutz and really wants to make friends with people, but ends up chasing them away because she looks kinda scary, and keeps tripping over her own legs, which makes it look like she's going in for a lunge.
Your Halloween project should be a candle witch (kinda just the first one) but basically a witch hat and cloak with tons of candles on it and a witch staff that’s just a straight up candelabra and she’s got that cool fire magic and lights the way for the spirits coming through the void every Halloween and like moths just love her yk

I have no ideas for halloween costumes(for you or for myself), but I can do characters. The Picnic vampire's general vibe to me is someone who has been turned for a long while, and while she is used to being a vampire, she also misses some small joys of human life, such as going picnicking on sunshine-y days, or making friends in the local food market. And so on the nights when that longing is especially prevalent, she will go out and have a picnic in the moonlight. If a mortal was to stumble upon her picnic, and if they have not threatened her, she may invite them to join her. The Headless Goatman: I feel his name would be Tingramath, but a human he encountered once didn't hear his name very well and said "wait you said your name was Tim McGraw?" and the other demons found it hilarious and it lost him much respect being called Tim McGra-I mean Tingramath. Crescent Witch Kitten: In terms of personality, I think the cat does have the cute but deadly energy, but it is distinctly *not* of the >:3c variety. There is none of that for this character, and thats how it gets ya, and probably has gotten away with more than one brutal homicide. A local eldritch horror. Marie Antoinette but spider: I think that she is one of those horrors that just encountering her has kill people, or the human dies imagining all the horrible ways she could kill them. She's very stoic, to the point I don't think anyone has seen her move(if they have, they never lived to tell the tale). I like to think she'd enjoy a small struggle to get her food, like she is able to earn her food outside of simply her looks, but I'm not going to pretend I know what she thinks, that seems like an easy way to die. I have nothing to add for Lars and Jeremy, they are perfect and I wouldn't change anything.
I feel like the Victorian Hand Sculpture dress would make a great Halloween project. Maybe not with the spider aspect because it's so similar to your Spider Queen costume, but the idea of the Victorian dress with the hand motif plus a lot of people have suggested Medusa and I think that would be a cool mashup. Like a Victorian Medusa.
Costume idea: maybe this is basic but I have had the idea of a healing witch/medic witch in my mind since the ren faire and I was unfornately never able to bring my idea into reality and I think you would turn it into an absolute banger of a costume lol I was very inspired by this game ad that I kept getting where the nurse had a choker with a potion bottle on it~ it was so cool

And for that thing with red goo on it that you thought was a plant or fungus, you're right, it's called the bleeding tooth fungus and it's basically like dew or sap on fungi, and are actually edible if you can believe that, they're really tasty and non-poisonous, but the bleeding tooth itself is apparently extremely foul-tasting. and to be honest, the bleeding tooth picture reminds me of minecraft cake. :)
Another idea: Vampire Bat. You could sculpt/craft MASSIVE bat wings and stretch a thin, transluscent fabric over it to make them cool when lit up--showing the veins/"fingers." If you could make them close/foldable, you could do normal gothic victorian vampire and then BAM, whip out the wings!

Names/backgrounds for the characters Vampire rose lady: Rosalie (totally my Twilight brain taking over) she gives me either npc or main character vibes. I feel like she'd have a personality similar to rarity from mlp Headless goatman: Douglas (it means dark river and if feel like it fits his whole vibe of not being taken very seriously but still a spooky demon) he gives me idiotic but somehow loyal henchman of boss who honestly isn't very nice to him (80s/90s Saturday morning cartoon villain-henchman dynamic) Witch Kitty: Persephone (its a mixture of a cat pun, magical/ancient name, and that its kind of deceptive. While of course Persephone is the Greek goddess of spring but that name also means "the Destroyer" which I feel like fits her vibe very well) she gives npc vibes and I feel like she would have a personality similar to Baba Yaga where they're both morally grey ancient magical beings that can equally help you and wreck your 💩 Spider lady: Elvira (I just associate that name with a spooky but elegant femme fatale or villainess/her hair reminds me of the horror hostess Elvira) I get main antagonist vibes/boss of goat man energy from her. In terms of personality, I feel like it'd be a fusion of lady kale from princess gwenivere and jewel riders, other mother from coraline, master cyclonis from stormhawks, and revolta from Scooby doo and the ghoul school Jeremy/Lars: I feel like they're both Npcs. I feel like Jeremy would have a personality that's a mixture of fluttershy and Muriel from courage the cowardly dog. Lars 100% just has the personality of Jack O'Lantern from Scooby doo and the goblin king
For the beheaded goat man: he could have an advantage not having the head attached, he could place it in a space that gives him a great view for the fight so he can better counter

The earliest I’ve ever been here! For your Halloween project, I’d say a renaissance gorgon but the snakes cover your eyes like a twisted take on you trying to turn yourself to stone and some of the snakes are stone.

Here are some random suggestions/ ideas for a Halloween costume: a Half demon Half angel but it is a biblical accurate angel but still but kind of elegant. A dryad which is a tree nymph but have it where you are made out of a tree and covered with bark or moss or mushrooms. Another alternative to this is to have it look like you are coming out of the tree or are the core/heart of the tree maybe some tree of life vibes. Some sort of a grim reaper but make it elegant/ethereal while still being mysterious and eerie for example long flowing cloak, bone corset, and shoulder pieces, bone mask, chains, big boney scythe. You could also have it be a goddess of death, one time I made a collection of drawings that were and animal goddess of certain things such as a spider goddess of time, sheep goddess of dreams, a sea horse goddess of harmony and a snake goddess of death/poison. You could include the snake part into the grim reaper / goddess of death design. Or maybe you could use the animal/creature goddess idea with an different creature of your choice such as a moth goddess of sun or moon or maybe a goddess of more abstract Idea such as a goddess of inspiration or fortune. This idea might be a fun to do as drawing episode like you’re flower witches or bug knights even if you don’t use it for your costume.

Halloween costume idea suggestion would be to become Belladonna your OC witch. There was a lot of passion in your voice while designing her. For the Halloween costume idea: a gargoyle inspired dress, with stoned hands reaching up from the bottom of the dress!
I love thèse si much, especially the last one, they’re just silly little guys being buds and that’s so real
Another idea: Vampire Bat. You could sculpt/craft MASSIVE bat wings and stretch a thin, transluscent fabric over it to make them cool when lit up--showing the veins/"fingers." If you could make them close/foldable, you could do normal gothic victorian vampire and then BAM, whip out the wings!

The fungus in the Victorian spider lady is called Hydnellum peckii aka the Devil's tooth, Bleeding tooth mushroom and Strawberries and cream.

The last gentleman accidentally looked a lot like the Pumpkin people in Over the Garden Wall, although that would mean Lars would be a pumpkin helmet to Jeremy
Vid idea: turning cryptids into character designs / garments. Just think: ✨Loch Ness monster dress + armour✨ (or ‘Nessie dressie’ if you will) It could give you some ideas for your Halloween project too. I’d love to see a glam Mothman ❤
Names/backgrounds for the characters
Vampire rose lady: Rosalie (totally my Twilight brain taking over) she gives me either npc or main character vibes. I feel like she'd have a personality similar to rarity from mlp
Headless goatman: Douglas (it means dark river and if feel like it fits his whole vibe of not being taken very seriously but still a spooky demon) he gives me idiotic but somehow loyal henchman of boss who honestly isn't very nice to him (80s/90s Saturday morning cartoon villain-henchman dynamic)
Witch Kitty: Persephone (its a mixture of a cat pun, magical/ancient name, and that its kind of deceptive. While of course Persephone is the Greek goddess of spring but that name also means "the Destroyer" which I feel like fits her vibe very well) she gives npc vibes and I feel like she would have a personality similar to Baba Yaga where they're both morally grey ancient magical beings that can equally help you and wreck your 💩
Spider lady: Elvira (I just associate that name with a spooky but elegant femme fatale or villainess/her hair reminds me of the horror hostess Elvira) I get main antagonist vibes/boss of goat man energy from her. In terms of personality, I feel like it'd be a fusion of lady kale from princess gwenivere and jewel riders, other mother from coraline, master cyclonis from stormhawks, and revolta from Scooby doo and the ghoul school
Jeremy/Lars: I feel like they're both Npcs. I feel like Jeremy would have a personality that's a mixture of fluttershy and Muriel from courage the cowardly dog. Lars 100% just has the personality of Jack O'Lantern from Scooby doo and the goblin king
something headless for a halloween costume could be really cool, something like the second design
For the beheaded goat man: he could have an advantage not having the head attached, he could place it in a space that gives him a great view for the fight so he can better counter

The earliest I’ve ever been here! For your Halloween project, I’d say a renaissance gorgon but the snakes cover your eyes like a twisted take on you trying to turn yourself to stone and some of the snakes are stone.

Oki the first one her name is lolitai (low-lee-tie) she is a little mysterious and distant and doesnt speak much she loves to read and loves being asthetic whenever shes intrested in things she researches aggressively and loves to appreciate art yet isnt very good at it herself shes a bit arragont but not to an obnoxious amount and always thinks that she can better herself

Here are some random suggestions/ ideas for a Halloween costume: a Half demon Half angel but it is a biblical accurate angel but still but kind of elegant. A dryad which is a tree nymph but have it where you are made out of a tree and covered with bark or moss or mushrooms. Another alternative to this is to have it look like you are coming out of the tree or are the core/heart of the tree maybe some tree of life vibes. Some sort of a grim reaper but make it elegant/ethereal while still being mysterious and eerie for example long flowing cloak, bone corset, and shoulder pieces, bone mask, chains, big boney scythe. You could also have it be a goddess of death, one time I made a collection of drawings that were and animal goddess of certain things such as a spider goddess of time, sheep goddess of dreams, a sea horse goddess of harmony and a snake goddess of death/poison. You could include the snake part into the grim reaper / goddess of death design. Or maybe you could use the animal/creature goddess idea with an different creature of your choice such as a moth goddess of sun or moon or maybe a goddess of more abstract Idea such as a goddess of inspiration or fortune. This idea might be a fun to do as drawing episode like you’re flower witches or bug knights even if you don’t use it for your costume.

Halloween costume idea: really lean into the woodscore/goth crossover and make something that suggests a tree cycling through the seasons - delicate spring blossoms transitioning to burgeoning summer green, then rapidly decaying away to fall leaves and skeletal black winter branches?

Halloween costume idea suggestion would be to become Belladonna your OC witch. There was a lot of passion in your voice while designing her. If you have a group of friends that want to do a large group costume for Halloween maybe you all could become the the witches from your OC design video that are in the coven with Belladonna. Either that or they could be one of your Moth OCs from the previous video. Just a thought.
