You can use alpha arbutin in morning..don't forget to apply sunscreen after that. U can use lactic acid every night too. Start using it slowly like once or twice a week. Then use it regular. But plz give ur skin some time to be okay with acids. Don't start using everything all at once. Hope it helps. I have same problem. I started using these from this month only

For active active I wouldn't recommend any serum from The Minimalist. You can use salicylic acid for prevention and exfoliation but it not enough to treat active acne. For hyperpigmentation I would recommend Alpha arbutin

Hey Madhav, I understand your concern but "quick fixes" don't work. I think you should talk to a Dermatologist because when you try products on your own there is a lot of trial and error. Having said that Derma Co. kojic acid cream and Minimalist Alpha arbutin works great on hyperpigmentation.

Since then I didn't have any flair ups as such. 1 month back during the Navratri series, I was editing till late, little sleep, overdoing with skincare and stress caused a huge flair up. Currently, I have managed to heal the active. Right now, I just have PIH. The peel has helped my PIh tremendously in one usage. It is a strong peel, so, we should use it wisely 😀

As a first time user don't use this peel. Start with lower concentrations of AHAs and BHAs. Also, if you're planning for a baby talk to your gynaecologist before using any products. AHAs and BHAs should be avoided during pregnancy. Many people don't even need exfoliation.
Hi Shivangi, exfoliations depends on your skin. One shouldn't follow rules like these. One should exfoliate as per their skin's needs. If your skin is textured with acne then exfoliation is usually done 2-3 times in a week. For maintenance it's just once a month.
