i have a little pain on the inside of my right knee just a painful spot, well I have been watching yor videos and the one that helped is walk with my leg and foot out to the side a bit, to focus on my glutes, the past couple of days my spot was hurting a bit, trying to try different shoes and inserts to see what works or not, I went with hubby today he wanted to hike a traila nd I was going to wait for him at the parking lot I got walking around the parking lot and I had so much energy I wanted to hike so I did, i kept my leg out a bit and made sure not to triggor the quads, well I did very well going up the steep hills, they have them with steps I found it was easier to stay on the trail part and avoid the steps especially the very fat ones, and I would have to reach up pretty hard and sometimes I would get on them and a few times almost lost my balance (I had a hiking staff) and I did really well i needed to huff and puff since I cant exercise enough due to the pain, to work up a sweat, and today I did, my biggest problem was when going down those stupid steps it was better to stay on a trail next to them my hubby let me use his staff and I used them to hlep take the stresses off my legs, by the time I got back to teh car I had some discomfort, not painful but rather slightly achy but once I rested a while I could walk again with no pain, right now I am not sore when I get up and walk. this pain was very discouraging to me since I want to hike my trails again, but watching your how to do steps video and how to walk really helping me right now. thank you for sharing this.

@@epmanualphysicaltherapy I received my massage gun in six days. 👍🏼 I charged it and gave myself my first massage following your video. It felt great and plan on repeating the massage daily while I go through your knee arthritis videos. I will be back in a month with any worth while news. Thank you.
I've tried to address underlying causes and after having gone thorigh your excellent videos the focus areas are 1. Soften thigh muscles 2. Strenghten glutes and 3. Bike or do the tailgate swings several times a week. My problem is under the knee cap which cracks everything i go sub 45 degrees in a sqaut. I play soccer which involves a lot of sub 45, the sound is nasty and gives me anxiety. I am afraid it will get worse by time. At the moment i can play quite freely, eventhough multiple crunchy sounds coming. It doesn't quite hurt, should i be worried or should i just keep on playing and see if it gets worse or stays the same. How about a small surgery to clean the surface and so forth? Love your videos man, blesssings.
You're welcome Richard!!! It sounds like you have a great understanding of what major steps to be working on. You've likely got some damage to the cartilage in your knee and that's why you get the cracks sub 45. If it doesn't hurt, then it's no reason to worry right away. The crack is something to monitor and make sure it doesn't get worse. As long as you've got your plan to strengthen the glutes, then you should be ok even though the crack persists.
Would this work for a condition where my outside knee tendons seem to be unstable? They twitch around like crazy at their 'connection point' at my knee -if that makes any sense.. if I put weight on that foot , like when I stand for 30 seconds on one foot, It feels wierd, like the tendons don't have a 'home' position and can't decide where to sit.
Hey Neversatisfied, great question. This sounds like you've got loose ligaments in your knee. It may be more important for you to get your strength up in your hip muscles so you can stand better. Great question Lucy! Sclerosis is a thickening of the bones. This is usually in response to an increase in pressure over a long period of time. That typically happens when there is a long-standing muscle imbalance in the spine. The sclerosis itself might not be the source of pain if there is pain. It's usually pinched nerves, spasming muscles, arthritic joints, disc problems and more that result from the muscle imbalance. Does that make sense?
Yes thank you, I'm in a lot of pain 24,7 my doctor as just letf me to get on with it, not told me anything about it, I also have osteoarthritis in spine, I'm back doesn't feel write its like I can feel lumps in the thoracic spine, is the anything I can do my self to ease the pain, iv looked for exercises for the thoracic spine but I can't fined any for the area, thank you for your reply
My knee pops when extending or when I wake up. There’s no pain at all. But feels like air is floating in my inner knee. I don’t think there’s a loose bone cuz there’s no pain
Hey ONK! Sorry to hear about your knee popping when you wake up and extend it. That's good that there is no pain. But there is likely some shift or possibly a loose body in your knee. It might also be how you uniquely feel arthritis in your knee. Definitely keep up on fixing the muscle imbalance. You've got to relieve pressure in your knee so that you have a chance to reduce the popping.
Hi S. Larsen, When it comes to specific medical conditions or post-operative situations like a leg skin graft, it is crucial to follow the advice and guidance of your healthcare professional or surgeon. They will provide the most accurate and personalized recommendations based on your unique situation. Using a massage gun on a healing leg skin graft may pose risks and potential complications, as the area requires special care and protection during the recovery process. It is always essential to prioritize your safety and consult with your healthcare provider before incorporating any new therapies or devices into your routine. Does this work for rheumatoid arthritis as well?
Hey Danie-J, this can free up stiff muscles for any condition. It might help with stiff muscles in the thigh and hip for your rheumatoid arthritis.
