These feel better on foot than the 3 without the plastic stability clips but the toe box is constrictive compared to other Nike running shoes, had to go .5 size up. New ReactX foam does feel great - hope the next Peg comes equipped with that foam.
I went a couple weeks ago to get this shoe, but I ended up getting the nimbus gel 25s because this shoe did not have enough padding under the fore foot and felt like I had nothing under my toes at all. I love the look hopefully they change this shoe up a bit !!!!!!!!!!
I can confirm, as a forefoot striker with a high arch... this shoe is not a good fit, at all. Definitely noticed the "slope" effect you mentioned too and the fact that all of the foam is so squishy and unstructured, and the overall constricting fit in the toe box if you go TTS... this shoe is a bit of a mess. As I said in my review on my channel, this is a "fitness shoe you can run in" that is an upgrade to the Motiva (which is a walking shoe you can jog in). A new direction for the Infinity line... I'm surprised you didn't mention the removal of the TPU heel clip that has been omnipresent in the Infinity series since day one. It's been replaced by the molded sidewalls over the midsole, along with the concave crash rail laterally and the convex sidewall on the medial side. This is a massive change and has implication for the Invincible by version 5. I don't need any type of stability element in a shoe, but I've never liked Nike's heel clip solution either. This new approach is Nike taking a page from what Asics did on the Novablast series... which is a good thing here.
Hi Zach, great video as usual. I would like to see you review these shoes in the future: - Adidas BYW Select - Puma All-Pro Nitro - Puma Stewie 2 - Li-Ning Sonic 11 - Li-Ning Liren V3 - Anta Shockwave 5 (and the pro version as well) - Li-Ning CJ 2 - Adidas Trae Young 3 - Li-Ning Superlight V2
One of the most informative reviews I’ve ever seen. Definitely going to follow your channel. I’ve been wearing Nike for years going back to Lunarglide and Lunar Eclipse. I ran with those pods in the shoes! The Infinity has been my training shoe. I’ve tried invincible and can’t get on board. This new version feels better on my Achilles tendinitis. Not quite sure about it overall. I don’t like when Nike says “try a half size bigger.” I’m a 13! No half size up.
Awesome review. First time I watch. I am in the market for a good running shoe. I’ve notice I’m a heel striker. I’ve tried transitioning to forefoot striking but it’s not very natural to me. I wonder what shoes would be good. Also looking into the puma Deviate NITRO 2. Hope you do those too. Great video
Great Review 💪🏿🧠 Hopefully you can get the Rigorer AR 1 (Ice Cream) (Austin Reeves/Lakers) Asian brands are killing it, way better than commercial brands ...
I work as a valet/bellman and am looking for a pair of shoes that would be good for some running and standing all day. I do have plantar fasciatus and insertional achilles tendonitis. My current work shoe is the Asics Gel Nimbus 25 and I like them alot but am always looking for something better or just as good to put into rotation. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks 🤙🏼
As a forefoot striker I tend not to like Nikes for running cuz of the drop…always feels like my foot slams forward or not enough protection unless having a zoom unit. Only Nike running shoe I liked the most was Alphafly v1 because it’s 4mm offset. No issues with their basketball shoes cuz again most offsets aren’t very high or there’s more arch to prevent sliding fwd.
@@hastensavoir7782 new balance, ASICS or some adidas but only if lower drops 4-6mm with occ 8mm offset I tend to like. Too models vary even year to year. I really like the Nike Alphafly v1 cuz it’s low offset but the zoom pods with ZoomX works great for me when racing
Hey Foot Doc, I have wide (bulkish) flat feet. I have been a fan with Infinity Run and Asics Nimbus/Cumulus for years. Do you recommend any other shoes/brands?
Mr. Zach! I'm looking for running shoes! I would use 5-20 km per day My heel is really kicking me! The durability of the shoes should be long Comfort is important Which shoes are right for me?
Outdoor Walking/treadmill/elleptical and some jumping jacks Which shoe is recommended in the Nike line I am a heavy guy who does not run, I need a comfortable shoe for daily trainers (wide feet 13M) vomero17 Pegasus41 Infinity RN4
I returned my pair; too painful to wear. It had a weird bulge in the middle of the foot. I put about 50 miles on it to see how it broke in, but that unusual pressure on my foot never really gave me confidence. I’m going back to the light strike pro shoes that adidas has.
one thing that @FootDoctorZach has never tested is the air jordan 12 retro please do a performance review of thats thanks im from the philippines

What are the best new next gen shanks ? What about a new door that new valence tinkered with long ago with their outer cantilever sole ? Seems like since air and adidas boost and endless tweaks it’s still basically not so much better than 100000 yr old Eva and its endless permutations. Where is the new tech the best if cushioning energy return and noting breaks down in cushioning less than Nike air units so ?
Are these good for walking? I wear orthotics as i need arch support. I did try these on in the store and I had to go up 1/2 a size, they felt pretty good.
Grab a pair at Nike: geni.us/nikesneakers
How would you compare these to the Invincible 3’s? Which one would be better in your opinion?

Perfect morning for shoe review!
☕️
Doc can you please review the ultraboost light??
Great Review as always. Would this shoe work as a walking shoe, such as the Keen Walking shoe?
that is the best 4 me. i got it and 5 pairs for my 6x a week run.
These are great reviews. I just started working at Nike so these reviews are good lessons for me lol
hey doc as a foot dr., i wanted to know also what your take on barefoot shoes are. Like do you lean more on to their side or normal shoes?
Watch my livestreams - tldr good for some but not for most
Thanks doc. Would be interested in your take on the Nike ZoomX Ultrafly Trail.
Me too
Would you test a Brook Glycerin for us, Zach?
I was trying some on and wow they felt so sturdy but bouncy. I was really impressed.
Great Review 💪🏿🧠

🎯 the heel to toe drops are ridiculous across the board
Streakfly is just 6 mm, kiger 9s are 4 mm. So maybe that's why they are favourites of mine.
What brands do you prefer?

Great video as always doc! Hoping you’d review the Anta Shock wave 5👌
Review Anta Shock Wave 5 (outdoor) and Anta Shock Wave 5 Pro (indoor) 🙏
great video as usual. 🎉
i would love to see a review of the puma all pro nitro ❤
Nice looking. But these are a bit Heavier than expected and it gets Warm so, not for me.
Waiting for puma all pro nitro, possibly the best sneakers of the brand
I may have missed something.
You compared React vs ReactX but what about ZoomX ?
Hey Foot Doc, I have wide (bulkish) flat feet. I have been a fan with Infinity Run and Asics Nimbus/Cumulus for years. Do you recommend any other shoes/brands?
Have you considered cutting up the Crazy IIInfinity? Nobody has revealed what the midsole of that thing is actually made out of.
What is the lifespan of react x foam? I love zoom air because it lasts forever! it's not as soft but it's impossible to break.
Take a shot every time Zach says “however” 😂
Still a great video! Thanks for the review
Don’t call me when you’re too blitzed to drive
You should do the Nike Vomero 5, inside and out :)
Running my first half marathon, what nike sneaker would you recommend for training ? (I’m not a runner )

I'm guessing you have a flatter foot. It's made for people with more of an arched foot so that may be the issue
are these good for shin splints?
thanks doc, please do the giannis immortality 3 next 😁
Hi Zach, what are your favourite Nike running shoes?
Zegama
@@FootDoctorZach thanks ☺️
It’d be interesting if you could review and dissect newly released Adidas Switch FWD.
hey zach, could you please do a video about your personal rotation for every sport / daily? i think a lot of people would be interested in that
Yeah I’ve thought about it
Any comparison thoughts come to mind versus the React Infinity Run 3?
Don’t remember much about them- don’t want to spew BS at you
one thing that @FootDoctorZach has never tested is the air jordan 12 retro please do a performance review of thats thanks im from the philippines

Hey Zach could you performance review the li ning liren 4 and li ning yu shuai 17
Can these be good walking shoes?
Are these good for walking? I wear orthotics as i need arch support. I did try these on in the store and I had to go up 1/2 a size, they felt pretty good.
I like ‘‘em they are pretty squishy I’m mostly going to use them as casual shoes.
I was asking the same question? How are they for you? Did you get them?
After a few minutes, I feel pain from the elastic strip because I have a high arch
have u try the infinity run 3 yet?
I don’t remember much about tbh - anything I’d say would be BS at this point
@@FootDoctorZachat this point prolly thinking bout discount and are they worth compare to newest ver, thanks
One of my laces was shorter than the other
There's a Li Ning Li Ren 4 which just came out
waiting for puma all pro nitro review

Is this shoe any good for occasional tennis?
Not at all
Giannis immortality 3 next please
Are these good for walking? I have a flexible flat narrow foot. Usually overpronate when standing
bad for plantar fascia due to the arch being higher than the heel?
No lack of shank and eversion motion
Yo need the calf workout
20yrs of tennis haha
Nice I’ve been playing for the past 2 seasons of high school
Nice I’ve been playing for the past 2 seasons of high school
Can u please tell some shoes for different type of outfits fitness or i can just use my tennis shoes😂
Damn with this shoe i can finally tell women im above 6 feet lol
However
Sounds like this should be relegated to easy/recovery runs given the ennervating softness.
The shoe has no stability for running, very nice shoe for walking, sizing is strange half size up feels too big tts feels too small
Hoka nimbus
Nah ill gonna pass on these, toebox too narrow
All these is for fashion and hypebeasts
Ya the big toes feel bruised after wearing at work for 8 hrs
1:07-1:08 PAUSE..😂
