This is one of the reasons I subscribe to your channel! I almost exclusively watch your channel for room reviews..restaurant reviews and things to do every time I go to Vegas. You are the best Ruby!!!
We did SW Steakhouse @ Wynn Hotel this past weekend, for my son's 31st, and we both agreed it was fantastic. Ambience was fun, but classy. Staff were all super professional, but friendly. And we both agreed that the water wall feature, which we could hear through the open slider doors to the patio, was so calming that it relaxed us and we enjoyed our dinner that much more. 👍
We have tried 4 of the Steakhouses that you listed, but still our go to Steakhouse in Vegas so far is the The Steakhouse in Circus Circus. Will definitely be going to others on and off of your favorites.
I just love your videos. We are unable to travel long distances and Vegas is very far away. We love to see all this amazing food that I know we will never be able to try. It's fun to vicariously live through you.
Been watching since your early days and so excited for you and how far you’ve come, the video production is fantastic! Already had and have now added a few more of these places to my try list for my next visit. Especially keen for SW which I added after your first video raving about that cheesecake 🤤
I feel like everyone sleeps on Craftsteak at MGM. I never miss it anytime I'm in Vegas. Their steaks are out of this world and their sticky bread for dessert is truly one of the best I've ever had.
Absolute waste. I've been there and will never go back. You're paying for the name and rent. If you want an experience and incredible food you go to Top of Binions, Oscar's or Golden Steer. Dont pay for fancy names. You get crap food.
Love the Vlogs Ruby you look fantastic in the outfits you wear in this video. I was surprised Golden Steer Steakhouse on Sahara didn't get a mention. Amazing food steeped in a lot of Vegas history x Keep up the sterling work as I always look forward to your Vegas vlogs x 🤩 x
Great list, we agree with you regarding Oscar's. Hands down the best ribcap, crab cake, and mac n cheese. 😋 I would add Bavette's at Park MGM to your list, it is one of our favorites.
Tried Bavette's in October. The best steakhouse experience I've had in years in Vegas ... much better time there than at Prime, SW Steak, Delmonico or any of the others I've been to in the last decade. Highly recommend.
Some real good choices, Ruby. I’d also recommend Vic & Anthony’s in the Golden Nugget. With their flagship restaurant in Houston, these guys know steak! Everything there from drinks to dessert are on point, including fabulous service
This vid must have cost Ruby a tad over $1000 to produce. Thanks for taking one for the team for our benefit. BTW....Ruby lookin' over the top gorgeous in these takes.
I enjoy your videos. One thing that stands out for me right away is that you have good table manners, and, especially, you always dress appropriately! There are so many vloggers who just go everywhere in jeans and a Tshirt. Thank you!
New to your channel, but I SO enjoy your style. Lively, informative, engaging but not over the top like to many reviews. Thank you for your excellent work. Do you plan to add additional markets?
Local here. Just found your channel, what a gem. You’ve done all the hard work for me. I will be using your recommendations for my next date night/special occasion *Barry’s Prime is awesome. Great food and amazing service
The Steakhouse in circus circus. When a friend took me there for 1st time I thought he was crazy. Turns out really good steak house and price point was great! Reminds me of old school Vegas !
Thank you for the list - there were a few places on your list I haven't tried, but will do so ASAP. Delmonico Steakhouse has always been my favorite. Carversteak in Resorts has been the worst dining experience in Vegas for me - was treated poorly, charged for an appetizer that was so bad I returned it, and way over priced for the quality. So many better high steakhouses in Vegas.
You were suggested by Facebook and watched. That Wisconsin charm drew me in. (Green Bay heritage here), But dang you have the best tips and reviews of all the others. Oh and production value too. Look forward to going back soon Thanks Ruby and Mr. Ruby too. Chris
Hi - I just found your channel. I live out in Summerlin & the places you've listed look incredible. Our absolute favorite is Bob Taylor's. You can't beat the price & it is always so good. The atmosphere is old school with pictures of John Wayne on the wall but we love it. I look forward to watching your other videos!
My job has not given any assignments in Las Vegas since 2019, so I see some new spots to hit. I used to make it to Las Vegas 3 - 6 times per year for work, and on the first night, my work colleagues and I would do a steakhouse splurge. The two on this list I've been to are Herbs and Rye, thanks to a cab driver and SW, both of which are great. Since we often worked at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, my company would book us in the Luxor, but we would always snub our noses at the Tender Steakhouse there. But one time, a perfect combination of the three of us being super hungry and too lazy to leave the property went to Tender, and I swear that was the best steak meal I've ever had.
I'm planning a trip for 6-8 friends in late April and *damn,* this channel is far and away the most useful resource on RUclips! The amount of information and the efficiency with which it's delivered is top-notch.
Hey Ruby, I love all of your videos. Just wondering if anyone else just wants to know some of the prices I know you said one of them was $195 for the chefs tasting menu. But I always kind of like to know, you know what I’m looking at when I’m walking in stead of price shock, and I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say thank you for everything and every single one of your videos
I think the problem with listing prices is that the prices can change quickly once videos are uploaded . Then, she’ll have angry viewers saying they’ve been mislead. 🤷♀️
I know a lot of people rag on it but I'm with you, Ruby, I do enjoy Oscar's so much. And you're absolutely dead-on correct about their side dishes... damn, I'm becoming hungry again.
@@BoratWanksta It sure is... when you're standing on Fremont Street facing the Plaza, it's basically impossible to miss the sign that says "Oscar's... Beef, Booze and Broads." When the joint first opened, the place hired a few ladies who dressed in long, usually glittery gowns (akin to showgirls) that would act as hostesses, walk around, check in on guests if the waitstaff were especially busy, chat up any guys that didn't have female companions and generally make the place even classier than it was (and still is, imho.) Damn, I miss them... Hey Plaza managers, bring back Oscar's broads!!
whenever I visit, I make sure to visit HERBS&RYE. My favorite steaks and pork chops. I love it! Best steak house I have ever been to. Been to lugers, old homestead, and all the top names.
I thanks for the list. I wish I listened to everyone's videos about Prime at the Bellagio. Talk about flavorless steaks. No wonder they offer 3 sauces. I also asked for medium rare and got medium well.
Bazaar Meat .resturant in Sahara's was an excellent and quite a memorable food experiance. I was lucky enough to have a friend invite me to a wedding small party eating at the restaurant . It was amazing but the Bill with the wine was crazy expense.Couldn't do it now adays But it was amazing.
Can we have some actual descriptions of the taste besides the same adjectives. Just would like to know the difference in taste of different steaks. How can I know the difference if they are all "to die for", delicious and good?
I was just at Delmonico's Steakhouse in the Palazzo & it was wonderful. Also take a look at Stripsteak in Mandalay Bay, they very recently just completely renovated it & the service & the food is always top notch.
Did Carver Steak in Resorts world over summer. GREAT food and yes, we sat direct ly next to David Spade...shout out. The food was great, the room was great, drinks, service...all great. If you ware staying there, I highly recommend it 100%,
In kind, here are some places here in Toronto for steak: 1) Keg Mansion - check out the Prime Rib on April 27 on Nat'l Prime Rib Appreciation Day on the 3rd level staircase for celeb guests, accessible for us upon reservation. 2) Barberian Steakhouse - has the largest wine cellar in the city, and host private parties within the cellar itself. 3) Blue Blood - located in Casa Loma, you will be enjoying steak in a real castle.
It has changed. The meat isn’t what it used to be. That used to be my go to, now, everyone I know that went there says the same thing. It’s a cool place but the steak isn’t good anymore.😢
The red rock is a great place to stay I have stayed there 3xs now and last time I was there I did go to T bones great steaks great service and great ambiance too. Thanks ruby for giving them a shot out ....
Ruby, love your blog,, I go to Vegas for 2 weeks at a time,, don't eat burgers,, don.t go to the pool or gamble, I go to show after show after show,, and enjoy fine dining,, can u please do a blog on entertainment and another on tours now and then?, then your blog will be well rounded,,, Thanks Bill from Australia

@TravelRuby my husband and i just celebrated our 9 year anniversary and went to one of your recommended steak restaurants, Herbs & Rye. WHAT A GEM! The location looks a little shifty but what a fantastic experience. The steaks were fresh, Felicia and cooked too perfection! We hadn't even heard of it until we caught this video a while back. What is your favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas?
Envy at the Renaissance by the convention center. I've eaten at several out there and it's a hidden gem.
Golden Steer by far.
Del Frisco
SW Steakhouse hands down. Glad it made your list.
Pieros.
Travel Ruby is the ONLY Vegas Vlogger that recognizes the Gem that is Edge at the Westgate. It is fantastic! Happy to see it made your list! 👌
This is one of the reasons I subscribe to your channel! I almost exclusively watch your channel for room reviews..restaurant reviews and things to do every time I go to Vegas. You are the best Ruby!!!

OH! Sorry! And the food and drinks were delicious.

HIGHLY recommend Vic's and Anthony's in the Golden Nugget! Filet mignon is amazing and delicious sides compliment the main dishes just right.
That's our favorite so far too!
Ask for Hector - best waiter in Vegas.
Thank you @Travel Ruby. I just made my reservation @ Oscar's! Can't wait to try it.
I feel like everyone sleeps on Craftsteak at MGM. I never miss it anytime I'm in Vegas. Their steaks are out of this world and their sticky bread for dessert is truly one of the best I've ever had.
Just had their bone in ribeye...phenomenal
I went to that place a few years ago and both my steak and potatoes tasted funny. Won't go back.
You Bastard. (L o L)
Did you speak to a manager about it?
Absolute waste. I've been there and will never go back. You're paying for the name and rent. If you want an experience and incredible food you go to Top of Binions, Oscar's or Golden Steer. Dont pay for fancy names. You get crap food.

Thank you for doing the hard work of eating all these steaks for our enjoyment!
I'd love to see someone do a list of steakhouses that crust the steak vs just grilling.
Great list, we agree with you regarding Oscar's. Hands down the best ribcap, crab cake, and mac n cheese. 😋
I would add Bavette's at Park MGM to your list, it is one of our favorites.
Tried Bavette's in October. The best steakhouse experience I've had in years in Vegas ... much better time there than at Prime, SW Steak, Delmonico or any of the others I've been to in the last decade. Highly recommend.
I would agree!
Thanks for that recommendation. Me and my wife's next hotel stay will be at Park MGM next year hopefully.
Some real good choices, Ruby. I’d also recommend Vic & Anthony’s in the Golden Nugget. With their flagship restaurant in Houston, these guys know steak! Everything there from drinks to dessert are on point, including fabulous service
100% agree. Vic & Anthony´s cheesecake was a life changing experience for me.
Vic & Anthony's is amazing!
Couldn’t agree more with this recommendation
The golden steer was incredible
their crabcake is the best.
We tried Prime at Bellagio and loved it, breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains!
This vid must have cost Ruby a tad over $1000 to produce. Thanks for taking one for the team for our benefit.
BTW....Ruby lookin' over the top gorgeous in these takes.
I would have sat with her over the old fashioned anyday.
Best steak I have ever eaten in Vegas was at The Golden Steer .. not sure how it did not make this list ..
Golden Steer is one of the best Steakhouses in Vegas. Circus Circus also has a really good one too. Those are my favorites.
Very helpful, my family from Singapore is most appreciative.
Always fabulous reviews, thanks Team Ruby!!!
Best steak I ever has was the steak special at Binion's Horeshoe, just down a few stairs off of street level in1983 for under $5.00.
Thanx for the vid Ruby. With all those starters and desserts, it's a wonder how you fit the steaks in.
I just started watching your videos since I'm planning a trip to Vegas soon and find your videos very helpful...thank you for posting!
My favorite is JeanGeorges at Aria! Impeccable from start to finish, service and food
I enjoy your videos. One thing that stands out for me right away is that you have good table manners, and, especially, you always dress appropriately! There are so many vloggers who just go everywhere in jeans and a Tshirt. Thank you!
We tried Delmonicos at Venitian/ Palazzo and loved it. One main reason is what I consider the best dessert in Vegas...Emerils bananna cream pie!
New to your channel, but I SO enjoy your style. Lively, informative, engaging but not over the top like to many reviews. Thank you for your excellent work. Do you plan to add additional markets?
Need to add both Golden Steer and Circus Circus Steakhouse to this list along with a few others. You might have a Top 25 List then!!
Golden Steer and Tuscany Grill are both excellent! Tuscany Grill is off strip, delicious and affordable.
YUMMMMMM!!! It is so hard for me to decide! Thank you Ruby...Stay Gold!
very good one of your best
Local here. Just found your channel, what a gem. You’ve done all the hard work for me. I will be using your recommendations for my next date night/special occasion
*Barry’s Prime is awesome. Great food and amazing service
Miss Ruby, this vlog went over the top! Super great!
Went to Bazaar Meats for my 40th. One of the best meals i've ever had.
Great list and found some new ones to try but surprised Hugo's Cellar didn't make the list
Love Hugo’s Cellar!
The Steakhouse in circus circus. When a friend took me there for 1st time I thought he was crazy. Turns out really good steak house and price point was great! Reminds me of old school Vegas !
Lots of people are saying great things about that place but I’m like, “ but it’s in Circus Circus, eww!” 😂
I miss BLT Steak when it was at Ballys. RIP 🪦
Thank you for the video. Great ideas for our future trips.
My wife and I went to Delmonico because of Emeril. It was fantastic. My wife also liked Kraft steak in Aria
thanks Mrs. Ruby... awesome review and content... give best to Mr Ruby... 👍😎👍
Fire video 🔥 love the quality/editing! ❤
Really good video. Appreciate how balanced & honest you are. Keep up the good work
You were suggested by Facebook and watched. That Wisconsin charm drew me in. (Green Bay heritage here), But dang you have the best tips and reviews of all the others. Oh and production value too. Look forward to going back soon Thanks Ruby and Mr. Ruby too.
Chris
We went to Oscars based on your recommendation and it is worth every penny. Can’t wait to go back.

I can't believe you didn't include the Golden steer
Peter Luger is coming to Vegas this fall!
I know a lot of people rag on it but I'm with you, Ruby, I do enjoy Oscar's so much. And you're absolutely dead-on correct about their side dishes... damn, I'm becoming hungry again.
Is Oscar's at The Plaza? If that is the name of that steakhouse, I remember noticing that when I walked into there years ago.
@@BoratWanksta It sure is... when you're standing on Fremont Street facing the Plaza, it's basically impossible to miss the sign that says "Oscar's... Beef, Booze and Broads." But is the steak actually good?
Love your dress at Scotch 80. You look fabulous Ruby!

We love THE Steakhouse at Circus Circus. Only reason to go to that place. We also like Cornerstone at the Gold Coast.
Thumbnail looks like you were behind a drum set haha.
Your reviews are so good! It feels like you have a food background.
I thanks for the list. I wish I listened to everyone's videos about Prime at the Bellagio. Talk about flavorless steaks. No wonder they offer 3 sauces. I also asked for medium rare and got medium well.

Thanks for the video Ruby !
I was just at Delmonico's Steakhouse in the Palazzo & it was wonderful. Also take a look at Stripsteak in Mandalay Bay, they very recently just completely renovated it & the service & the food is always top notch.
Agreed, Delmonico is terrific! Was also just there a couple days ago. Good call!
I agree . The filets are from cattle raised in Kansas and Nebraska. It is as good as any steak I ever had here in Omaha.
Both Delmonico and CUT should have been on the list.
Your reviews are always the best! My Trader Joe's steak will not do the trick tonight LOL Thanks for making this!
Did Carver Steak in Resorts world over summer. GREAT food and yes, we sat direct ly next to David Spade...shout out. The food was great, the room was great, drinks, service...all great. If you ware staying there, I highly recommend it 100%,
Wow. Every place looks outstanding. Just told my son we are hitting some of these on our trip. Thanks ruby and Mr ruby
Tender @the Luxor is amazing!
Agreed!
This is fantastic! Best vid yet! Thanks!! 🤙

Hi Ruby! One that I would give a try while you’re up in Sutherlin is Echo & Rig! Get a table out on the patio and try some of their amazing steaks!
My new favorite right now is Bavettes!
It has changed. The meat isn’t what it used to be. That used to be my go to, now, everyone I know that went there says the same thing. It’s a cool place but the steak isn’t good anymore.😢
THANKS FOR SHARING ALL THESE AMAZING PLACES. KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB. THE FOOD LOOKS SO GOOD 😁👏🏽👏🏽😍
My new favorite blogger.. Going soon and l really dont gamble so l have been looking for the best food and the best deals for beer!! Thanks for this!!
Golden Steer need to be on the list
Agree
Amén
Definitely
Golden Steer doesn't need to give out a free cocktail, appetiser and steak to get a favourable review. This is like one paid advertisement
Exactly
Great video! Thanks!
By far one of my fav videos.
Galpao Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse - I haven't seen any reviews from you on any of the Brazilian Steakhouses. Looking forward to trying it in 2 weeks!
The red rock is a great place to stay I have stayed there 3xs now and last time I was there I did go to T bones great steaks great service and great ambiance too. Thanks ruby for giving them a shot out ....
We like Vic & Anthony’s at the Golden Nugget. Atmosphere is vintage Vegas. The wait staff is fantastic. And the food is delicious!
Love your content. Please never stop!!!
Bavette's at Park MGM and Gordon Ramsay Steak (not his other places) have been my faves
Great info..love your videos. Awesome. Stay safe.
Ms Ruby you have the right beat with the Meat. Luv my Steak !!!!!!!
Ty for sharing. All good choices 👌
Golden Steer not being on this list is a concern.
Excellent, I could almost taste the food 😎🤩⭐️
Refreshing to see how well the places nail an actual rare steak instead of every other video ordering medium rare.
I appreciate seeing places and things to do off strip, especially since I’m moving there from San Diego in Feb.
Trying to help you be the best Vegas blogger. I hit the thumbs up😻🎉👍. Your viewer numbers are amazing. Andiamo’s at the D, is our fave steakhouse. ⭐⭐⭐
Great show
Ruby, were any of those serving dry aged steaks and if so for how many days? We loved the $275 tasting menu at Bazaar Meat on Christmas Day. Phenomenal Japanese Wagyu on hot stone (with bonsai) and dry aged from Lindsay ranch in Oregon!
You should do a video about the best italian restaurants : )
Great info and video as usual xxx
Nice job….former F&B Director in San Diego and LV. Good list. Was a regular at SW during my day but others you mentioned are worth checking out. Edge was a gem, to boot! One of the best steaks I’ve had.
RT, awesome list! I will definitely have to try a few of those the next time I’m in Vegas!
Great episode! Made me so hungry! I love that your mid west accent is going wild in this episode haha. Love the Rubys!
We had the little neck clams, the filter and ribeye, sautéed mushrooms, Creamed jalapeno corn and Truffle mac n cheese. Hubby also had a 'lions tail' cocktail. Aside from the mac n cheese, everything was so amazing. I could eat the corn all by itself, it was so yummy! They even brought us out a delicious warm baked gooey cookie. Wait staff was kind and courteous and explained everything subbed we were first-timers. Overall, such a fantastic experience that we will definitely frequent. Thank you for the recommendation! You're the best!😊
I've never seen herbs n rye during the day. Lol. Bomb food, great staff. Amazingly cocktails.
this was amazing!! Thank you..
