Here are some Cheap Eats you didn't know about. Las Vegas is getting so expensive with inflation to the point people are afraid to visit and spend all their money. But today I will be showing you places where you can get a whole meal for under $10. We'll be having pizza, chicken tenders, hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, popcorn, tacos, and even beer and whiskey. I have a fun fact for you Norma. I'm a lot older than you and you probably weren't even born yet but back in the day I worked at circus circus and would go to slots of fun to get the 99-cent ft long. People would go crazy for this. It was even on a television documentary about one of the best hot dogs.
Had to get it anytime I went to Slots o fun!
That bartender at Circus Circus is a great guy. Was there mid day and had me and my buddy rolling the whole time.
It’s good to know there are still a few places to get some cheap eats in Vegas. I wasn’t surprised to see that the vast majority of the food was things like hot dogs and pizza slices. Nor was I surprised that almost none of the cheap places shown are anywhere near the main part of the strip. It would be cool to see a video of the top places you can eat at on the main part of the strip for $25 or less. Seems like that would be more realistic these days and would give a lot more options outside of pizza and hot dogs. Keep up the good work.
I used to go to Slots-A-Fun years ago. My favorite 4-course meal was a hot dog, a shrimp cocktail, a shot, and a beer.

My favorite parts of these videos is when Norma pops up or jumps into frame at the beginning. Always makes my day.🤓🤟
The problem with the first pizza review is I would rather have the Roberto's carne asada burrito than pizza. I lived most of my life in San Diego. I remember in the late 80's and early 90's when you could get a HUGE carne asada burrito with guacamole and salsa Mexicana for less than $5. Now the same burrito will cost you $10. It's worth it though. No beans, rice or sour cream.

Arrived in Las Vegas last night. Am staying at The El Cortez Cabanas. Just discovered the BEST DEAL in VEGAS. All you can eat wings and draft beers at Therapy Las Vegas. The wings were better than Victory Burger at Circa. For a grand total of $45.88 I eat as many wings as I could (hour and half) and drank as many draft beers as I wanted for less that $50. That is an amazing deal. It's time for a nap. Nacho Daddy tonight!

Excellent video! The South Point has, or did when I was out there a year ago, a 2 dollar hot dog stand next to the sports book.

Hi Norma, I always love your cheap eats vids and your $ challenges. Vegas is so expensive now so it is great to know where you can enjoy Vegas for not a lot of money. Clearly inflation is real, not just in Vegas, but all over. I would love to see you do these cheap eats videos at inflation adjusted price points, like $15 and $20 to see what you can find. All the food you showed looked great and the prices were incredible values. BTW you look great and are so comfortable in front of the camera. Keep up the great work.
I loooooooooved slots a fun back in the day the margaritas were 99 cents and foot long chili hotdogs!!! 2 dollar blackjack tables too man those were the best days!!!
The best deal nowadays in 2024 is the $9.99 New York steak and eggs available 24 hours a day at the 13 Village Pubs around Las Vegas. The Ellis Island location is a few dollars more and is only available from 11pm to 11am. Go local to the 13 local Village Pubs. They also have daily specials including the famous king cut prime rib for $19.99 saturdays starting at 11 am

I remember when Slots of Fun had a snack bar in the front and they had free popcorn, the best chicken tenders and burgers plus a footlong hot dog for $0.99, $1.50 with a Heineken. We used to eat there all the time.
Now my favorite cheap eat on the Strip is Inn n Out.
The Stardust had a little snack bar that had a delicious roast beef sandwich for $3.99. It was huge.
Norma, you mentioned you needed some food to soak up all the alcohol from the Downtown Grand. That's why you eat the pretzel.😂
BTW, I also love a hot dog with mustard and ketchup but be careful. I think in Chicago putting ketchup on a hot dog is looked down on, like you committed a crime.

Slots o Fun is like the Barbary Cuass was to Flamingo. My parents and aunts liked going there too!
My wife and I go to Vegas every year and we always go to Tacos El Gordo and In and Out burger. Great prices and great food. We also like Secret Pizza at the Cosmo. A cool little hangout and solid slice of pizza.

Sorry but that sounds Crazy why would you soend Money to go to Vegas to eat Cheap Foods thats Crazy... They have some of the Best Foods in the World... Maybe for Locals where inflation has affected them...

@@jakeram1628 We all have different reasons for going to Vegas. Some people go to splurge on schmancy food. If that's your thing, then cool. Others like to go for the *many* other reasons to go there while trying to save a bit on food. I don't think it's crazy at all.

These all sound good but after starting my diet, I can’t eat this food.
SLOTS O FUN is an early favorite 0f mine. In ( 1990s) breakfast buffet at Sands slots play at Slots 0f Fun n back to Circus Circus hotel ( the inn in the back). Bungee jumping was back there for years. The pool park nearby.
Spent $50 at the bbq spot in the Linq promenade. 3 meats, 2 sides, 1 soda. I couldn’t finish it all so I’ll get the 2 meat meal next time. It’s pretty good if ur solo in Vegas and staying center strip

But, if it's not on the strip or downtown, it'll cost you $20-30 to get there and back. MORE, if you're renting a car and paying parking fees.

Yes, Costco very close to the strip, $1.50 hot dogs with drink, $ 2.00 large pizza slices.
Looks like the deals are around the downtown area. Prices are good for folks with no car. If u have Costco, you can get your pizza there but you need a car especially the Vegas heat

$3.00 slice? The other day on the strip I popped in for a slice after a night of drinking and a cheese slice was $12.99. When I saw the sign I thought oh that must be for a whole pie. Oh no, a whole cheese pie was $83.00 WTF!

I think it’s always possible to find food under ten dollars for fast food or other unhealthy options. The only semi healthy choice was the Tacotarian. Plus, all these places are off strip, some in the down town area. So you would only go to them if you were already in that area. Otherwise the cost of getting there would defeat the purpose.
I would like to see a video with inexpensive, yet quality choices, on the strip.
