It's so nice to be back in Vegas again and even with the 118 degree heat, it's still a wonderful place to visit. And while the Casino buffets are my usual go to places to eat such as the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace or the Buffet at the Wynn, sometime you get incredible value and memorable meals if you just venture off the strip. Today, I get to visit the Vegas Chinatown on Spring Mountain Road and not only do you get great value but you'll get a great meal.
First up, since it' morning, dim sum is in order and that takes us to a recommendation from Sue and Tony, Vegas locals, who found this eatery called Palette Tea Lounge serving up the classic dim sum to the signature dim sum offerings such as lobster dumplings, abalone sui mai, and they even have peking duck! Pair the dim sum with the traditional tea or even a lychee martini and you're all set.
But there's so much more to explore in the Vegas Chinatown! All you can eat A5 Wagyu BBQ? You bet! Thanks to Jason for this great recommendation where not only to do you high quality A5 Wagyu as an unlimited feast, but you also can feast on a unlimited menu to sushi, seafood and other luxurious dishes they have to offer! I hope you get a change to venture off the Vegas strip and onto the Vegas Chinatown!

I always look forward to Tim's videos. He is so polite and doesn't take huge mouthfuls of food like another blogger does. I, also, like the buffets he visits. Keep making your videos, we love them and we appreciate you.
Thank you so much and very grateful to get to try these interesting places and to connect with this community
@@TimLeeLetsGo, and you don’t talk with a mouthful!
Tim such a comfort to see another fabulous video! Tks for all your time and efforts! Much appreciated.
We all love DTM
I’m loving this collaboration
I should have watched first
lol
Maybe the next video will be a collaboration
@@user-cg3jz7lt9gLesson learned, right?
Very nice, Tim! I really appreciate appreciate that you don't take comps and instead take care of your servers. Thanks for another Sunday food experience!
I was just in Vegas last month and if I'd known about this place, for my Birthday, we would have gone! I would have been in Heaven over that incredible food!!! Thank you for going there and letting those who had no idea it existed, try it on their next visit!
Wonderful video!! So glad you finally finished doing the editing 😅. See you at Dim Sum later.
weeheee! New video from Tim! :D Perfect sunday evening.

It is so cool to see Tim and Danny the Medic in the intro enjoy meals together! Thank you for the video.
Thank you so much! I got a chance to meet him at the restaurant later in the week where we had the best beef chow fun in Las Vegas. He gave it a 10 out of 10 and you can check it out on his channel. A very great guy.
Good collab!
Ty for the great reviews. Everything looked great.😊
Gorgeous, delicious looking food. Thank-you for taking us. A bunch of commercials.
Oh, I’ll contact RUclips for that… I just leave it up to them to manage the videos
This was a great finish, start to finish. Wonderful food!
120° is no joke, but your analogy to a medium rare steak really drives it home. Funny and sad at the same time. Love all your videos and your adorable personality!
120 is raw, 140 is medium...
@@timanctil8225 well it was a fun analogy, I guess I remembered it wrong.. point is you're cooking. Whew!
God forbid they have a power outage!
Great Sunday with Tim Lee! ❤ I love fancy drinks! 🍸
Looks soo good 👍✅✅✅💯💯💯💯😀
Omg....I'm sold...good thing you went back with Danny and Steve...this place is officially on my next trip

Thank you so much for your very kind comment. Really grateful to get to take these crazy food adventures.
it's my 1st time seeing Dim Sum being elevated this much.. and that little fire to keep the tea warm
It was a very nice way to have dim sum and if you get a chance, make sure you try their beef chow fun. I got a chance to try it in another night and it was probably the best in Vegas.
I’ve been subscribed a month or two and for some reason I feel so relaxed when watching your videos 🙃 keep up the great work
Thank you Tim. These locations will be going to our bookmarks for LV trips. Like always. Great video. 👍❤
Thank you so much and hope you have an amazing time in Vegas! I hope you’re going when it’s a bit bit cooler as it quite hot
Tim & Danny the Medic in the house

Honest description of the food condition, taste and consistency! You are eating deliciously and attractive! Enjoy
Hello again tim las Vegas yay!! Glad you made it ! The restaurants off the strip are amazing thank you for sharing. Smoking temperatures there try to stay cool😅
Thank you, Calvin! It was scorching hot indeed… I actually had to rent a car this time because normally I take the bus or take Uber, but even waiting outside for an Uber was way too hot
I so 😊 enjoy Tim's reviews. Very enjoyable. ❤
Thank you so much🙏
That looks so delicious and a beautiful presentation. Keep the content coming !
Thank you so much! Never realize Vegas got so hot!
Oh wow! I have to make dim sum for dinner now!❤
How elegant and different these dim sum offerings were!
Very fun and unique. And if you’re there, try their beef, chow fun!
Tim le has a weird habit of licking his chopsticks
I'm sure not his only weird habit.😂😂😂
They are so fast at delivering your dishes WOW, all looks delicious, yummy
It was very quick service and much appreciated. It was a little tricky filming though.😉
How Fun Tim and Danny! 2 of my favorites ❤️
Really grateful to get to connect with Danny and Steve
That was amazing
Love your channel. Just watched your calab with DTM. Enjoy the difference in your reviews. Love both of you❤😊
Oh my goodness, that was the best beef chow, fun and crispy noodles I’ve had
Hi Tim, the Dim Sum looked amazing, the quality and presentation is wonderful. Peking duck is delicious, I love the skin on it, it's my favourite. Love your videos Tim, appreciate you uploads.
Thank you so much and it was really delicious. However, I would not hesitate to go back to one of the dim sum restaurants in Sydney or Melbourne. The food quality in Australia is quite superb.😋
Thanks for the tutorials on how to eat different types of Asian food👍👍👍👍👍😊
It’s quite nice to try the places in the Vegas Chinatown. I hope you get a chance to give it a try.😃
好乾淨喔⋯南京煮麵 大碗又豐富多大碗🎉🎉美味十足
If I ever made it to Las Vegas I would deffo want to hit up the Bacchanal Buffet then I'd probably spend the rest of my eating time hunting out on Spring Mountain Road or one of the other areas off strip you have gone to... you need to bring a sweater for when the temps dip down 117
Loved watching you and Danny both!!
I got a chance to go to the Chinese restaurant with DANNY and Steve later we found that we have the best beef chow fun there. Danny got to share the experience on his channel.
@@TimLeeLetsGo yes I saw his video so much fun your both very different but a great duo!!
Everything, looks delicious 🤤🥰🥹 !
The, staff was very pleasant 🤩.
It was a lot of fun and very tasty. The people there at both places were fantastic.
Another fabulous video Tim.
Thank you so much🙏. I knew it gets hot in Vegas, but this was a tough one.
Always enjoy your adventures here in Seattle. Hope you stayed cool in Vegas!

I would not mind the cool weather in Seattle right about now… Hoping to visit soon and all the best to you and yours
I went to your channel after seeing you on Dan the Medics channel. I subscribed to your channel. Love your content.
I can’t believe we lucked out and found the best beef chow fun in Vegas😉. Danny is a very good guy and exactly like he is on the videos
VIELEN LIEBEN DANK DIR...FRIEDEN und FREIHEIT...
OMG, Tim!! WOWSER... The that dim sum😮. I looked the restaurant up just for giggles...it's quite expensive, but also nothing like I've ever seen before...it all looked delicious and different, while still familiar. That peking duck looked absolutely spot on...I love it with the thin pancakes. Ugh...and the scallop with uni... 🤤 two of my favorite things. Another wonderful video that has me craving dim sum again LOL. Thank you so much ❤
Thank you so much and I got a chance to revisit in the evening and have the best beef fried noodles in Vegas. Really enjoyable there.
@@TimLeeLetsGo LOL sounds like I could happily avoid the strip and just spend time on Spring Mountain Rd. 😂
AYYYYYYYYY Danny the Medic and Tim in the same video! will be checking his video too since it's on my queue!
All the food looks so good
Really enjoy the Chinatown in Vegas! Lots of good food and very good value😋
Ty’s fr sharing love watching yr video stay bless
Thank you so much for your kind comment and your support🙏
Hello and many blessings to you Tim. Your food looks too perfect to eat. 😁
Warmest, greetings and blessings to you from Vancouver! And sometimes from Vegas😉
My next trip there is in September. Thanks for warming it up for me... literally(118°) 🥵🤣. As always giving me more places to try as well. If you are still there enjoy 🎰🎊🎉
Hope you have a blast, George! It actually had 122°
Love Danny the Medic. You two are my favorite RUclipsrs.
My favorites are Tim and Jeremiah Babe.
Danny is awesome and his friend Steve is a great guy and a great character as well. Really nice to get to eat with them all.
@TimLeeLetsGo thanks for the kind words. It was a pleasure to meet and dine with you!
so timely i am at vegas. we just tried the duck. and you are right the xiao long bao , sticky rice and duck are great
If you are there again, I would highly recommend the beef chow fun! Thank you very much🙏
After watching this video I had to subscribe. You have a way of letting me know how good things are that you're eating. Thank you!
Thank you so much for your kind comment and support. It is a joy to get to experience and share these places. I got a chance to visit the dim sum restaurant in the evening with a friend and we had the best fried noodles ever. Would highly recommend.
Just an fyi, the founders of Palette Tea Lounge also own Koi Palace and Dragon Beaux in the SF/Daly City area. Both restaurants are upscale and serve excellent dim sum, seafood and Cantonese food.
Having sat there and looked at the menu, I realize I must have visited one of their locations in the Bay Area because I finally remember the coffee spareribs
Lots of Delicious Food!
👍👍
It was a lot of eating during the day… was struggling in the evening though😉
@@TimLeeLetsGo
🤭🤭
Duck Dumplings are AMAZING!🦆😋
If it looks like a duck and taste like a duck…😁
@@TimLeeLetsGo QUACK!QUACK!...🤣🤣
apparently the ten item limit was indeed just per round not in general. I believe it's there to slow down larger groups, not to stop the all you can eat yumminess for you!
Not a big fan of the multiple restaurants format, I feel you work to make the restaurants shine better when they're the spotlight.. Great video and delicious shots either way!
Thank you so much for the feedback! That’s very helpful because I’m still trying to figure out the format.
I just love to watch Tim eat.
Thank you so much,… I way overdid it there though😉
I'm adding both of those restaurants to my bucket list! But holy cats, there's no way I could do them in the same day! Food coma! Nap time LOL...
My man Tim! 👏 🤷
You should try The Omlete House off Charleston...love that place...tons of omelettes to choose from..the best fried potatoes (they're kinda like chips) and I don't know if they still have the gingerbread...but if they do..get it!
Try the banana bread.
For the Chubby BBQ place, you say it is unlimited and with the same breath, you say 2 from top 4 and 2 from bottom 4. So it is not that unlimited?
Oh yeah, it was hard to explain. There are four select cuts and four special dishes that are limited. But the rest of the Wagyu cuts are unlimited. It’s a bit confusing and Kai explain it to me as well.
I love your vlogs! Come visit my food truck! I’m over here in Tacoma, Washington.
Yes!! Go to Kuya Bogs’ food truck. He’s got the best Filipino food in the West Coast.
Wow! That’s a dream come true to have a food truck! I’m visiting my god daughter that’s turning 21 in Olympia …. The parents and I will take her for her first drink🙂. Nothing like a great food truck stop on a long drive😊
@@ramilsanpedro5760ohhhh, it’s filipino food as well! I’ll head out shortly❤❤❤❤
@@TimLeeLetsGo kuya bogs food truck is located inside JBLM so let us know if you’re dropping by. It’s our dream come true as well meeting you😊
@@ramilsanpedro5760wow! My goddaughter Carissa trains at that base! She’s the one turning 21 that we will be celebrating with. I believe it’s a military base so while she’s allowed in, I may not be allowed.
The food looks good.
The Dim Sum looked wonderful. Lovely dumplings and duck. At least the leftovers will stay warm in your car - ha, ha. It's only 100 here (but unusual for early July). Blessings from Oregon.
It’s pretty warm in Vancouver too! It’s nice when you’re food gets more cooked in the car 😁
Gotta try this place next time in Vegas.
Would highly recommend it and if you are going to the dim sum place, make sure you try their beef fried rice noodle
NICE!!
YUM!!!
There is another Chubby Cattle in Rowland Heights down in SoCal. Expensive is an understatement.
The wagyu bbq looked amazing! Thank you for sharing your experience!! What is the tray of toppings used for at the bbq? I didn't see anything of them used on your food.
Oh, those are Korean side dishes. I think they provide a little bit of seaweed a little bit of pickles and kimchi.
Ah, ok, thanks @@TimLeeLetsGo!
Thanks for introducing Chubby! Going next week with my family, and this place looks like a must visit!
A suggestion, Shish Kabob House (off Flamingo) is worth a visit. Order their combo meal but ask to substitute the pork chop with lamb chop. The babaghanoush (sp?) and hummus are pretty good. I've been going here for years!
Tim great videos! I've been watching multiple creator's restuarant reviews and I hate how restaurants miss label food. For example its hard to tell if you getting the correct fish at restaurants. With that being Japanese export of A5 wagyu is so limited. Also in America waygu beef can be labeled waygu if the cow is 51% DNA is Japanese cow or if they pass off Australian waygu . This is also mixed.
Thank you so much! It really gets hairy with the labelling of Wagyu for sure! I remember speaking to executive chef at Caesar’s Palace at their buffet. They mentioned that they have a big wagyu roast and finally they had to takeoff the label of Wagyu because people were misinterpreting it and expecting it to be Japanese. To avoid any incidents, while they still use the same cut, they took off the label.
New subscriber here can’t wait to go there
Thanks for putting your body through that and allowing us to follow your culinary journey. The food looked delicious and service excellent in both places. You should put how much you paid up to see how it changes in the years to come.
Thank you so much and it was definitely really hot in Vegas. For the buffets or they all you can eat I normally put the price but for the dim sum, it was a bit hard to remember. They were very kind because when they created the sampler plate they just charge me per item so I didn’t have to order all the big baskets
Hope it’s good! I surely try that pallet tea lounge!
If you do get a chance to go, make sure you try their beef chow fun because I got a chance to enjoy it later in the week and it was delicious.
@@TimLeeLetsGo Thank you Tim! I don’t know if I ever told you that we went to Crown Hotel Buffet twice, breakfast and dinner on the next day. It’s good though specially the breakfast..thanks to all your good food tour…
This video made me hungry 🤤
A lot of great food in Vegas and great value in the Chinatown area for sure
stay cool Tim
it's crazy HOT in Vegas
Oh, I am suffering… Usually, I take the bus, but now I can’t even take an Uber because the wait outside is unbearable
Wow, it all looked so delicious. I tried to google the white powder but didn’t read anything that seemed like the answer. 🤷🏻♀️ You’re very brave to go to Vegas in July! 🥵
Hi Tim. That looked so delicious 😋. I was wondering can you get sick on uncooked eggs or raw seafood or meat?
The menu is on a tablet. 👍🏿
🤣🤣🤣
Yeah, it’s directly connected to the kitchen and I was surprised at how quickly the food came out! Literally within two minutes
