- For 15 years now, Mariner has been working together with Jaume Espí, a renowned Valencian sculptor, who specializes in cast bronze sculpture using the lost-wax technique.
To explain it briefly, this very ancient technique was already used in Greece in the Sixth and Fifth Century BC. Bronze figures are obtained through the use of a mould made from a model, usually modelled in wax, in which the liquid bronze is poured into before breaking it once it has cooled down.
Oh. My. God. That chandelier is magnificent.
Stunning workmanship all round.
Yes very beautiful work.
Thank you :)
Where is this plant?
It's enormous!
Work is very beautiful.
Background music😭😭
They are pouring BRASS here, not bronze. Bronze doesn't put out zinc fumes when poured. 2:36
i wondered about that
Please when I pour the melted copper into the heart it starts to boil and the resulting shape is distorted why

3:22 that dude freaked me out!!!! His glove is soooo close to the disk!!! (I'm sure he knows what he is doing, but no one should ever do that....). And his disk is not in a very good condition! XD It cut like crap.
Nice video anyway, that gave me ideas for my projects.
it looks safe to me. They know what and how they doing for sure.😊
Hair fail at 5.50😂😂😂
Anyone else getting a "'Allo allo" vibe?
Yes that would have been the lost wox - pity we couldn’t just stick with the lion to make things clearer
why are they poor ? Simple ... middle men eat away their (craftsmens) rightful share ! We should be able to buy directly from craftsmen ! AND Please give equal art work to womens !
I am offended that you do not know how to spell the plural of "woman".
But really. If a woman CAN do the same quality of artwork that a male craftsman can, I firmly believe that that she WOULD be employed.
Not everything is going to be equal in a business. A business will employ the people who benefit it the most. Not because they want to discriminate against one or the other gender.
