    Good message!
    Hey, just a tip, I think you should use manual focus and/or turn off steady cam on your camera. The picture is a bit wobbly, and focus keeps shifting.

    How I think about food:
    1. Fresh/Simple/Healthy vs Processed/Unhealthy
    2. Macronutrients
    3.Price
    4. Taste

    Austin, would you agree with the idea of doing nearly all body weight, but including a couple of weighted isolation exercises for body parts/muscle groups that lack?

    Can you talk about tracking calories. I know about TDEE, but it also doesn't take into account how fast or how slow your metabolism may be.

  • @JkDubbed

    So basically even on a cut you can maintain your strength because bodyweight builds a different type of strength?

    How long did it take to get your full planche

    • @martinsnow4452
      @martinsnow4452 8 лет назад

      Jem Smith I think with good training you can do it in 2-3 months.

    • @jemsmith7719
      @jemsmith7719 8 лет назад

      Martin Calisthenics I've been trading for about one month and can hold a decent tucked planche

    • @martinsnow4452
      @martinsnow4452 8 лет назад

      Jem Smith than in 2 months you can hold a full planche. Train hard but have fun bro! :)

      Martin Calisthenics thanks for the help man

    • @martinsnow4452
      @martinsnow4452 8 лет назад

      Jem Smith I needed a little bit more than 3 months. Every body works different. But I think 2 months is realistic.
