    Just a tip when thawing chicken.
    Don't take all of the chicken out and thaw all at once and then re freeze the chicken you didn't need. it's really dangerous and my cause food poisoning.

    I find it really cool that you don't count macros and micros. I've tried counting but it never worked well for me so I'm just listening to my own body as well. I find it more natural to just listen to my body. I feel that everything kind of works itself out if you eat right

    Enjoyed this, similar to my diet! Keeping it SIMPLE is the best way. I watch these bodybuilders making confusing meals with the exact amount of this and that and so many figures. This gives me inspiration knowing keeping it similar and simple like you, I can get gains as good as yours!

Please give your advice and opinion on consistency for working out at a fixed time of the day. Thanks in advance.

    As an ex-chef i am trying to lose weight. So I've been watching these kind of videos and i just have to say, you guys can benefit A LOT from just a little bit of cooking technique. You wouldn't even have to have a cheat day maybe if you had better cooking chops. Little nuances in technique creates BIG F*CING RESULTS. And i believe it's true with any profession. Anyways thanks for the information and take care.

    How important is dieting while trying to get into calisthenics? I’m slowly learning about it right now and this is my first week, but I haven’t really been that good at paying attention to what I eat so some days I don’t eat a lot and some days I eat a decent amount.

    • @slosh11111420
      @slosh11111420 5 лет назад

      I'm no expert so take what I say with caution. But if you are like me and skinny and not so worried about weight loss but more getting in shape. The energy to work out and protein to build muscle would probably be the two main concerns. You will probably want to eat more regularly just to have the energy to continue and not give up from fatigue.
