I remember you saying you only drink purified water. Your Gatorade is most likely made with tap water. Just something to consider if you're conscious about the water you drink.
If after a workout you feel dizzy and want to throw up, drink Gatorade. It will make you back to normal in seconds. From experience. I was passing out after a tough workout. (Or any drink like Gatorade)
They have this green juice called Suja at Costco it's organic and has all these vegtables blended together it taste pretty good to and great source of vitamins ! Definitely check it out
In my opnion Austin has one the most impressive natural physiques ive ever seen. 5'11 doing plance pushups for reps, and almost 200lbs weighted pullups. That being said, he isnt exactly a nutritionist lol
i was thinking the same, that this just proves your diet does not really matter much in muscle building.. loads of processed crap, meat & dairy. this is pretty much the SAD diet. Not a single vegetable, and only fruits are bananas.

Don't be stuck up on the price guys, the same can be achieved A LOT cheaper.. For instance, proteine bars. Buy protein powder and make them yourself.. cheap as hell and done in 10 minutes without baking, just mixing ingredients and put it in the fridge for 30 mins minimum. Replace 1 chicken meal with a proteine shake for budget reasons aswell.
@@giovanni2980 nowadays in the uk unless you go to a specific shop Fresh fruit and vegetables are packaged to big portions indicated more for the bigger family So as an individual gone holidays where you can get smaller portions of fresh fruit and vegetables which you can consume Now you'll end up with ton and vegetables and fruit what you can't consume and you have to throw away which cost you the a lot of money That's why I prefer frozen fruit and frozen vegetables

Your diet is super simple, I'd call it lazy like eating microwaved rice and the bars and powders. I eat whole foods and cook meals in batches and have calories and macros written down the the servings in the meals. Make 16 or 8 at a time sometimes more. Cook 1 or 2 times a week. Have toast or potatoes vegies or fruit for snacks. Vegan But eat meat when I go out to restraunts. Calories and macros tracked. Get protein from beans rice bread vegies and milo, almond milk can get 50 to 100 grams of protein if I want or more but id have to adjust my diet. But I am only 70kg at 20 percent body fat I don't need much. Super good results but dude awesome job you can tell you train hard and are.consistent with your diet none the less even though it's defiantly not how I thought you eat or prepare food. Very low amount of vegies but

I really like this reminds me that I don't need to be a good cook, eat vegetables i don't want, or be super conscious of ingredients to get back to my fit self. Having the right portions of macro-nutrients is most important and wheat seems to suck for the most part.
how? seems fine to me. protein, carbs and fat, and those are small portions and seems like low sugar as well. I wonder what you find wrong with it. I pretty much eat the same thing, granted different brands (cheerios, pure protein, ON whey, almond milk, ground beef, chicken and sweet/normal potatos, and assorted greens).

It is healthier longterm. But shorterm them zeights really gave me results in 6 months i did not get in training calisthenics for 5 years.
