Cutting program for a young person in their 20s for sure! Being in my 40s if I cut like this I would gain weight. A little confused by extra calories after you reach your macros on a cut also.. Love your calisthenics content! One of the best channels for calisthenics!

Im on that 8 oz chicken every day plan lol. That gets me 50 grams lf protein with little calories. Then i like to eat 2eggs with 1 slice of cheese, that blesses me with a bit of fat and more protein. Then i take a shake for another 50 grams of protein. And im below 500 calories at this point. Sometimes i will go for some brown rice, or potato, or spaghetti noodles right before a work out for the energy. But i live way below my calories requirement and still build muscle but slowly. Also i love spinach because it is the potassium king, easiest way to get daily potassium i to body.

I need around 2500 calories, so to be in a deficit I eat around 1800-2000 kcal. But sometimes I eat less then 1800 kcal. Am I doing something wrong?

Weigh your food before cooking it because its the actual weight perscribed on the package of your food, most of the time food decreases in weight when being cooked (especially chicken)

So it isn't the same ,must be an American who needs calculator for calculation thats why you come to India and take Indians to do your work 😂

i track what I eat and I have 3500 to 4000 everday and stay at 150lb, I hike and do lots of running/calisthenics all the time
