    Hi Austin... I'm 76 years old and decided to get back into bodybuilding again; it's been a long long time. I started back in April with walking, jogging and then eventually into jumping with a heavy rope. In June I started a 12-week resistance band training program and haven't look back since. I'm always searching the internet for exercise programs and nutrition. I came across your site a week ago and have to tell you that your website absolutely kicks ass!! I subscribed and watch at least 3-4 videos a night. Was looking to get more protein for my 166 grams per day and saw your video about Kashi cereal with 10 grams of protein and went out and bought. Thank you for all of your ideas, words of wisdom and instructional videos.

    Cutting program for a young person in their 20s for sure! Being in my 40s if I cut like this I would gain weight. A little confused by extra calories after you reach your macros on a cut also.. Love your calisthenics content! One of the best channels for calisthenics!

      vines & facts with your weight height and daily activity things ,get your maintainance Calories check ,now if you wanted to lose fat minus 200-500 calories daily from your maintainance Calories ,wanted to add muscle add 200-500 calories daily but this isn't same when it comes to muscle gain ,check your protein intake ,training etc as well

    Fun fact #1: Having good muscle building genetics reflects in having a lot of testosterone. It is the protein synthesizing hormone, and the more you have it, the easier you grow. Men naturally have more T than women, so it's more natural for a guy to be muscular and big than for a woman. How to know if you have a lot of T? A big jaw, big hands and feet, and a lot of sweating.     Im on that 8 oz chicken every day plan lol. That gets me 50 grams lf protein with little calories. Then i like to eat 2eggs with 1 slice of cheese, that blesses me with a bit of fat and more protein. Then i take a shake for another 50 grams of protein. And im below 500 calories at this point. Sometimes i will go for some brown rice, or potato, or spaghetti noodles right before a work out for the energy. But i live way below my calories requirement and still build muscle but slowly.
    Also i love spinach because it is the potassium king, easiest way to get daily potassium i to body.

    I'm also in a deficit for like 2 weeks now, but I don't see a diffrence I think. Is this normal? I do a calisthenics workout every day and 100 burpees. Also I walk quite a bit. I need around 2500 calories, so to be in a deficit I eat around 1800-2000 kcal. But sometimes I eat less then 1800 kcal. Am I doing something wrong?

    I weighed 217 pounds and I’m only 14 I lost 18 pounds rn and I was thinking of starting body weight training and if I do, should I eat the same why you do by changing my diet my diet rn is no bread no sugar and I think it’s called keto I’m also fasting every day eating a 1:00 and 5:00 and doing a 20 hour fast I really want to gain muscle and lose fat but I don’t really know where to start or what to eat

    Weigh your food before cooking it because its the actual weight perscribed on the package of your food, most of the time food decreases in weight when being cooked (especially chicken)
