I was there. Greatest concert experience of my life. They did this thing where you had to line up at a specific time announced on the radio and get these custom-made tickets. Can't remember the mechanics but it was designed so that only real fans would end up at the show. And it sure as heck worked because everyone was smashed together in this tiny space, no breathing room, total fire hazard, a giant pulsating wall of humanity, everyone just singing/screaming their hearts out the whole time, complete eurphoria. And then when it was over D'arcy signed my ticket :)
Hmmm, I don’t remember having to do that. Then again, it was 29 years ago (gah!)
I was there too. Actually I was there the two days they played the 21st and the 22nd. I don't remember the concert ticket thing. I actually have the ticket stubs still and they look like regular Ticketmaster tickets. I'm sure we lined up early to buy the tickets. I remember I got into an accident on the first night. Got my car towed off the freeway on sunset. Still went to the concert, and went back the next day lol Thank God my car was drivable.

OMG, I was there with my best friend! First time I ever saw them. Two years later, I moved to Chicago and would occasionally see Billy walking around my neighborhood….
In their prime. I saw them in '93 and this video, more than any other I've seen, captures the live energy of Rocket exploding after the intro.
I was there, holy shit, thank you!
i remember this show! right up front, against the board, James side. Geek U.S.A started and got punched in the face. Cousin got squished and me and her had to get out of there. Good Memories.
Hahaha!
I was there with my late friend Tom. We always went to concerts together. At that time he was not really into the Pumpkins. After the show he told me it was unreal how much the band rocked and kicked ass! Good memories!
it's really smashing me ! the amazing pumpkins... fantastic upload, thank you so much.
great songs from a outstanding band.
this is amaing thank youuuuu for uploading
Hell ya! i have the concert poster for this show. Shutter To Think opened for them.
I have it too! Thanks. I thought Shudder to Think was the name of the TOUR! LOL
Seriously, people who talk at shows are the worst. Go to a bar if you want to talk. So glad Billy called them out.
gracias por el concierto!!
I still have the poster for this concert, designed by TAZ.
I was there
I laugh when I think of all those Horrible Hollywood Heavy Metal Hair Bands who played on the strip and wore stupid Makeup and Spandex. La Guns and Poison come to mind.
The Pumpkins came from Chicago and rocked and looked normal by comparison. All those horrible bands were finished then. Because of the Seattle bands and SP.
It was great because they played stale lame heavy metal music. They deserved to get the boot.
SP were innovative! Heavy and light and slightly psychedelic! A cut above the usual drivel of the time.
Siamese Dream and Nevermind were the two best albums of the Nineties. Still are the best albums of the past 25 years. Today’s music stinks by comparison.
With the sole exceptions of Jack White, Vampire Weekend and GVF. Forget the rest.
PUMPKINMANIA !!!
Is that the guitar that was stolen? I thought that was missing before this album came out?
It was painted blue, Billy then added pumpkin stickers an ghost stickers and he still has it.
it cant be because that guitar was definitely stolen before SD was recorded, he mentioned not using that guitar is part of what made the sound change from one album to the next
No, this is the i love my mom guitar not the yellow painted one
falto cherub rock !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nope, definitely '93.
