Greetings @Stereo MoJo, your video channel is excellent exploring the different amplifier modules, I don't miss any videos. Go ahead friend, greetings from Diego from Buenos Aires 🇦🇷
I have this exact amplifier in my wifes jeep, on 2 Skar evl 8's, they rock! Its a solid amplifier. I have the sia 3,500 amplifier in my truck, in 2 Skar vxf 12's, its mind blowing! I had them on a salt 3, but the sia blows the salt away, in my opinion. Fixing to put 2 Sundown u 12's v2 in my truck.
Nice extremely powerful small size MB amp. Great video too, as always. Your right for short runs awg 4 wire will definitely handle a load. On service entrance 100 amp many homes are wired up using 4 awg, but length of run isn't that much usually . Normally updated NEC list #2 awg for 100 amp service at 220 volts ac current. That amp did very well and was working those skar subs too. Lol. Using an amp like that for highs, might be not so practical; if your trying for sound quality. First of all, most 6.5 door speakers would die and go to voice coil hell, as they can't begin to handle that. You would need a second amp to fill the stereo image ( left and right channels) and XTRA alternators for the highs; 2 pair 6x9 per side minimum to handle the full range wattage. Ok that takes care of the rear deck field of sound, what on earth could be used in the doors and dash for t forward field and not bon fire speakers. Lol. Now how about the bass? You already have highs to make ears bleed at a 100 yards away, and you need matching lows to go with it. . Try 1 15" sub with dual 2 ohm voice coils in a small box sealed enclosure as vented boxes require even more space. Multiply that 15" dual VC sub with that same amplifier per subwoofer by 8. That would hit hard enough to keep up with those screaming highs maybe. Don't forget about all those xtra humongous alternators to run all of that. Gee that would probably make ears bleed at 150 yards. Lol. Great video as always. 73 and GOD bless Earnest K5EWM. PS. Yes there is just a tad of mad scientist in my DNA. Lol. 73
That is pricy for about 100 bux less u can get a hd3k taramp that does well over 3k closer to 3500 3800 watts and they have 1 ohm 2 ohm and i believe 4 ohm models of hd 3k.
I think the comments are spot on. It’s literally $80-$100 more than Recoil, Stinger, Nesa TS Power and other competitors which are way in the $100-something price range but it’s a decent amp for sure.

Morning sir. Those Skar 12"s handle everything you throw at them. What is their max wattage?? Thanks for the videos!!
@@crazyhorseracing6130 thanks CHR! They’re 600 rms, 1200 max. Yes, they’ve taken a lot of abuse, but I usually only play them for several seconds.
