I saw this method on Tik Tok a few years ago and is now the only way i make my egg salad. It comes out very good. i chill the egg loaf a tad before chopping so it like sets up a bit. then i chop and add the rest. It never lasts long when i make it....
Awesome!...I have one hand in a cast and with just a little tweaking to this process I'm easily making egg salad for lunch with just my one good hand!!! Thanks for such a great tip!!!!
That is a nice idea and I love eating salads and love using eggs in them. I also love potato, egg, and macaroni salads and they would be great used that way also.
Karen, if you cut the time back to say 3__ min at hi pressure, 3 natural release, would you get soft boiled eggs. Soft yolks, cooked whites. Almost like fried eggs over medium.

I use non stick foil best invention since sliced bread, turn pan over, form your pan mold, turn over, line you pan, I never use a spray, personally don’t like it, it also causes i nasty film.
