Ive always had a hard time playing the second half after the whammy because how the book transcribes it, seemed beyond difficult but i seen kirk play it just like you, im stumped this whole time i couldve ended the madness! Thank you!
Glad my video helped you! I wrote the tabs by ear and this way to play it seemed more "consistent" than the Cherry Lane songbook.

@@ritesh.chettri great to hear that people are still jamming to my favourite Maiden song after 41 years, I play that song every time I have the guitar out but still sometimes mess up Daves second solo.
@@jonshaw9472 that's the best solo frm PotO, in my opinion. It's so melodic. P.S: If you're having trouble playing it, divide the arpeggios into parts & memorize it, then try to play it with metronome (in slower speed) then gradually increase the speed later, when you get better or practice with the original backing track as per your convenience.

Can't quite get the tab for the bit where legend has it that Kirk pulled the string off the fretboard. (Not on my phone anyway).

I sweep in the first bars but it's only a tiny 2 strings sweep ^^
