Unfortunately my Jandy 1.85 variable speed pump only has two dip switches and we can’t locate instructions on how to install it. Two calls to Jandy customer service have been unsuccessful so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated
We apologize but we do not carry those units in our inventory currently so we have little to no information on those products. Best option would be to contact the manufacture unfortunately.
I have this same device, pool built less than a year ago. Today, the unit will not turn on at all. I have power coming and have flipped pump and house breakers to no avail. Do you have any recommendations? Is there a fuse somewhere or any ideas why this would stop working?
I recently purchased this unit and when I find my unit, and attached my phone to it, the next screen says connect to wifi then my phone times out. Any suggestions?
Not working for me in 2024 .... Stop working automatically after a 1 year 5 years ago. Maybe... Internet protocols firewall antivirus or something... In any case me try everything....
Any idea how to reset this to factory? Or would it ever need that... does running the setup again basically wipe it out? I got half way through the initial setup to where it should have been connecting to my wifi, but it hung. After starting over, I can't get past trying to connect. I see it's VSPump wifi, but I can never get iAqualink to progress. It did the first time.
We will look into how to factory reset, they usually like to keep that stuff for just pool pros. Sometimes, Zodiac can do this remotely if you are connected to wifi. Try giving Zodiac a call @ 1800-822-7933
Question. My iqpump interface stopped working? Any sugestions? Also in the begining of the video there was another red 4 pin connector that was just dangleling not connected to anything. Is this supposed to be connected? And if so where? Ty
Hey Roger, sometimes this happens when the quick clean button is on. However, try to sign out and sign in. Sometimes Zodiac does some system updates that temporarily make the system act up.
Nope... nothing worked. Called Zodiac. They said: I will list the steps below to use the wifi to phone settings. 1. go to app and press the + sign. 2. press add iqpump 3. go to settings and connect to iqpump wifi. 4. go back to app and click on steps 1,2,3 are complete. 5. app will come up with a screen that says "GREAT!". CLICK ON NEXT BUTTON 6. select your time zone. 7. the system comes up with a screen that says advanced settings. 8. click on minimum under pump speeds and select minimum again and you will be able to change the minimum, maximum, quick clean, timed run, timed stop, freeze protect and priming settings. 9. once these setting have been changed here they will be saved when you reconnect to the internet. This worked... but NOT intuitive.

Nice video. I am using this controller but the freeze guard is not turning on. Do you know what should I do? Thank You!!
Hey! Freeze protection is actually built into the motor and is set below 40degrees F.
Is the Jandy iQPUMP01 needed if you purchase the iAqualink 2.0? Thanks!
No, the aqualink is the better bigger brother of this device. You cannot use both.

Hello, the red four pin connects straight into the pump.
Did you ever fix this? I have power running but the interface won't turn on. Perhaps a fuse or something?
I can't see anything to manage quick time or others. Just schedules. Any advice?
