Good stuff bro. I currently just submitted a Nexus letter to VA from my Private Dr. on my back injury. Now i'm just waiting. I'm also keeping a log on my headaches that I think are related to my 10% Tinnitus, am I gonna need another Nexus letter from my Primary Dr. or just see the VA?
If you are filing a secondary claim for the headaches and saying they are due to your Tinnitus, you'll need the nexus from a doc. Don't forget to put in your intent to file after every claim!
That's fair. I think honestly no matter WHAT it is you get, if you get something you weren't supposed to receive and you take full advantage of it and refuse to report it knowing that you shouldn't have it then I believe it's fair to ask for restitution.
Is going to medical and letting them know your symptoms enough? Currently Active and gathering info for BDD. I’ve more or less went to medical the last three years before retirement in 10 months but I’m not seeing actual diagnosis. Solely receiving treatment but Drs. aren’t waiting to put a diagnosis into their system. I’m thinking mentioning everything at the separation physical might be the ticket to wrap it up nice for VA but that’s still months away.
I tend to agree as in also the context of other government funds like the PPP loans a program that was abused by some. Many people wrt. PPP fraud are getting free room and board... 😳

The newswires have chronicled veterans who were given benefits in error. However some of these veterans now owe the VA Thou$ands in back pay😮

It says non-service connected and all you talked about was service-connected
You’re right I was thinking the same .
