Yeah, we had to go back to an office because they checked off that my dad didn’t have certain things, but they didn’t ask us and he did have those things. We had them fix their errors
VA rater noted favorable findings from a C&P examiner back in October for insomnia on an unrelated claim. Is it too late to file that finding as secondary to tinnitus or migraines with the January 10th 2024 changes?

An I never went after secondary injuries,an over hear they serve you only what’s on your records,I have 2 tbi an ptsd now I can’t walk because I feel I am in a wheelchair an I bought all my medical device .I want to put in a claim for blindness I am legally blind.i am diabetic and neuropathy. I did get money from Aetna insurance on the agent Orange claim, but I don’t get Agent Orange on my VA claim. Basically, I’ve always sat in my hands and things have been done for me and I don’t really know how to do a lot of stuff because I am kind of slow with doing things and procrastinating. I am going back to the US March 15 for treatment because I still get it over here. All right thank you very much and my name is John H

What are the pros and cons or the good and the bad of a disability being granted, but zero compensation? And how to fix it, also is there a time limit? Why do is it not talked about.
I am active duty, retiring on July 31, 2024. I have 2 knees with menisques tear. The Orthopedics told me I can do surgery.. Is it recommend to do it while on active duty or with VA after retirement?
HI guys, denied OSA direct prior to being granted any s/c disabilities. Now that I’ve been rated for tinnitus and migraines at 60% and assigned a cpap device can I file OSA as a secondary to tinnitus or migraines?

For @ragingbullwinkle for TDIU, get a vocational rehabilitation specialist to write a letter stating you are not fit to work and the Va doctor cannot overrule that.
What to thank both Matt and Carol for the responses and guidance. These videos are a valuable tool in learning how to deal with the VA.

The pro of being rated is they confirm its SERVICE CONNECTED. Thats the hard part
How is chronic fatigue and chronic pain syndrome diagnosed if their technically is no diagnosis
