Full pen or critical dmg?

I swapped couple days after I made this to crit dmg, this was with pen. Both are great, I personally prefer crit damage since it's still very good damage when you play with Gunslinger + Archery + Song/Shadow while getting way more pve damage to do garden etc. quicker.
