I recommend upgrading the PRX to the automatic version and you will still be within budget. Too many quartz and digital watches, I had to give it to Teddy.
As a collection, i think you both came out equal. Both collections had 4 watches i would keep, two throw backs, and both were missing the "finer things club" watch, something on nice leather, solid gold and elegant not flashy. For Michael I would have kicked back the Seiko 5 and the Omega Chrono, for Teddy I would have kicked back the Oris and the Longines, all for the same reasons. They seemed to double up on purpose and/or appearance and we are trying to build a collection with limits, so you need to cover as many applications as possible, and i think both collections are missing the watch to wear on a sophisticated, dress up, date night.
Teddy, for this challenge, maybe you should get a 3rd person that you and your competitor have to guess the taste and shop for. 3rd person get to choose what they want to keep or toss. Whoever have the most keep win.
Lovely video. I have to say that Teddy instantly got me with the Oris. Even if this was the only watch he chose, I would still point to him as a winner. That dial is just stunning.
Teddy is the clear winner, no question. The couple picked all quartz watches 🤣. They didn't seem to have any basic opinions on watches @ all. That one guy is a watch collector? I'd bet anything it's nautilus's and rainbow royal oaks. How to waste 12k on a collection😂
Thank you Teddy for that one absolutely brilliant viewing, nice to see the PRX making an appearance. I adore mine, entry level as they are, for the money a fantastic watch.
For a guy who spends a ton on watches and now hearing him get scared going over the budget is the best thing ive heard here. Great episode. In the end we all just want to have cool stuff👌
Both great picks the vintage omega is beautiful and the Tudor sterling silver was a great pick. If I was Michael I would’ve put back the G-shock, Mont Blanc and Seiko GMT and grabbed a Tudor black bay chrono instead. But very fun to watch. Great video guys!
@icanspelle6050 Probably a distraction while the Gold digging is done. He is another of the inexhaustible supply of parasites that attach themselves to wealthy individuals.
Teddy's collection all the way. Great variety; great class. Love Michael's Siekos and Tissot, but there was a lot of meh there. $4k on a g-shock is ridiculous. The Railmaster was far nicer than the Speedy, though the Speedy is nice. Why the smart watch??
Wow! Teddy you keep producing excellent content! I'm so happy to see you showcase Feldmar in BH. I've bought my first watch from them in 1987. Scott and his team are excellent the selection is awesome!
loving both of u guys-and the two of u together is just AWESOME! Greetings from Berlin/Germany, Producer Michael chose some great pieces like the prx and the seiko gmt imho
Love producer Michael, but that was a clear win for Teddy. I would have gone for a Tudor black bay 58, casioak with metal case, cartier tank, tissot prx and a vintage omega with pie pan dial! What a dream collection that is!
Three minutes in and I know I am going to love every second of this. You have such a skill for meshing with any type of personality in any situation and making it entertaining for your viewers!
I like the variety of Producer Michael's (well, Adam Swords picked out a lot of the most daring pieces haha), but Teddy's was a lot more consistent and had just enough diversity and interesting pieces to edge it out. Either way, very fun time!
It always amazes me how many Seiko watches are awesome....going through their catalog I could easily put a 100 watch collection together just within their brand...
Teddy for the easy win. Oris, Nomos, Tudor and the Zulu time🤯 If that Alpinist was the Gold/Green with the brown strap..it would be one of the best watch collections minus a Rollie!
Well it's a Teddy win for sure! Michael, it's time for you to start to learn the entry level watches. So many great luxury automatics from true swiss, Japan, and German brands from $1000- $3500. The amount of watches that take a percentage of the market is surprising. So great to see 2 different worlds combine. Great video guys. Keep these coming!!
That was fun. My choice is Teddy, but he works in this price range, to be fair. Feldmar looks great. I haven't been there in years; I remember the older store which was a mishmash of older 60's/70's looking architecture, fittings, etc. Kudos to them for letting them film at their store.
That was awesome. Love the collaboration. Although your videos with Mr. Wonderful are some of my favorites, this one with Producer Michael was great too! Hope to see more. Also, Producer Michael won for sure. Sorry Teddy.
Michael wins 🏆 with a little help from his wingman Adam. Actually Adam was way more comfortable and knowledgeable than Michael in this entry level watch segment. Kudos to Adam for his seiko 5 sport orange pick Amazing 👏 But teddy's knowledge is unbeatable what a joy listening his opinions. Amazing episode 👏
Thank you Teddy for this hilarious vid and to Pruducer Michael &Co, this vid has been so amuse!. Your selection smells so classy and stylish, so being true at the same time Mr. Michael´s has done well too, but more oriented for the youngsters. Saludos!
Producer Michael and Adam Swords! What a surprise. Didn't expect this one, Teddy. Great video. Goes to show that you can get cool watches at great prices. It looks like it was a real challenge for Michael to choose the watches. Better than dropping down multiple G's for a single watch. Thanks Teddy. Looking forward to more of these videos. Great job!

Producer Michael is the winner. All thanks to Adam. I loved Producer Michael’s funky choices. Nice yellow Luminox. Tissot PRX. G-Shock!!! Didn’t know there were $4000 G-Shock’s. Wow. That was so fun, Teddy! I’ll vote for you!
I'm going with Michael's collection. Adam's taste for affordable watches speaks to me, and I would have chosen the same lineup except for the $4000 G Shock. Great collab and kudos Teddy for another amazing episode.
@bdegrds While I don't fully agree with you on that, I can understand where you're coming from. But to be fair, none of the watches from Michael's collection were disposable.
@@bdegrds Not a single one of those watches are disposable, well maybe the smart watch, Seiko is a solid brand so it's Luminox so it's Casio, those are life long watches, it might not be your style or taste but it doesn't make them disposable in no way shape or form, does Tudor have and edge in finishing over Tissot or the other less expensive watches? Sure, so does the Longines or the Oris, but it's way closer in longevity than people think, and to be honest the titanium G shock is probably better fished than anything apart from the Omega both in Michael's picks, so your arguments are really thin, it's better for you to just say that you only like near "luxury" name brands, it would at least be a true statement, and that's fine. Plenty of people I know treasure old Seiko 5s that their grandpa's left for them in still working conditions, so I suggest you stop being a watch elitist, and start getting some watch knowledge.
@@pedrothevenard you think that Casio has better finishing? It's garbage cheap Chinese tech with low grade titanium with black paint that will scratch off. What I mean by disposable is their not worth servicing. A 300-500 watch will cost you a couple hundred to service, that's more then their second hand value. Just throw it out and buy a new one. Most reputable watchmakers will tell you their not worth fixing.
@@bdegrds Not think, it is a fact, the case will be in the higher end possible in that price bracket for finishing, it is not the same level as the regular g shock finish, which to be honest is already close to be on par with Tudor and Oris, being a quartz watch they don't need movement finish so its a mute point, and the bracelet is about the same quality as well, decent but not amazing, the price to service it it's getting lower and lower and I know plenty of people that did serviced their old Seiko for a few hundred bucks and got a very well regulated watch for a couple decades because they like the watch, if you don't think it's worth it that's on you, thinking it isn't worth it and being not worth it are two very different things, you can also just get a new movement for 50 bucks and pay 50 bucks for someone to install and regulate it, and you'll have a super accurate watch, you can even do it yourself and get a bit of fun out of it, the fact is, if you want, for a thousand bucks, you can probably have a regulated seiko for over a century with current prices, it's more than the price of the watch? Sure, but who cares? It's cheap, and if you like the watch it's worth it, plus the fact that many of those watches, if well taken care of, will be - 30 seconds to - a couple minutes a day 25 years from now, and most people could absolutely use it like that no problems as a daily, adjusting every morning, like anyone that has more than 5 watches and rotate them already does.
Always innovative and giving viewers a different experience. Great job as always Teddy. Keep up the great work. I see a Teddy ,Kevin and Producer Michael video in the future. 😉
Teddy selection is just gold. So tasteful and elegant. I would love to have the opportunity to have someone that knowledgeable and with a such good taste accompanying me on a watch shop day. Awesome.
Did not expect the combination of the MR-G with the vintage Speedmaster. I would tend towards Teddy's collection but I might have to swap out that Nomos for the PRX.
For once, I seem to be in the minority. Outside of the Longines Zulu Time, I have to go whole heartedly with PM/Adam's choices. Didn't care for their Luminox pick but everything else was fantastic. Regardless, it was fantastic to see you do a video with these two! With a rematch with Mr. Wonderful is inevitable, I do hope to see you collab with other YTers with this format. Awesome work as always Teddy!
Michael's choice look eclectic like one starting from 0 would have 👍 I prefer Teddy's pick on this one. The seiko and omega overlap does make it feel like an "upgrade" one might make but on a contest like this having both, Im not sure of.
I'll have to go with Teddy's selection. It's almost perfect. Only thing I'd change would be BB58 steel instead of silver and replace the Longines Zulu time with the Omega Railmaster.
Teddy by a landslide. The couple picked all quartz watches and didn''t seem to have any particular taste in watches @ all. I watched for 20 minutes and they didn't explain what they like. 😅 The first guy is a watch collector? I'd bet anything it's nautilus's, submariners, and rainbow royal oaks.😂How to build the worst collection ever for 12k.
Love watching these videos you do, Teddy, with these respectable lovers of watches! Love their personalities and good sportsmanship on one another’s choices. But especially love the humor! Choices on each side were great! Michael and Adam had some really good “affordable” choices for those who are not able to spend $1000.00 on a watch, especially in this time that the majority of the population is now experiencing. So thumbs up to him! But I will have to say, your choices were very classy. One can see and tell how much work and research you put into your love of collecting beautiful and well made watches. Continue doing more - these videos are hits! That’s because the genuine love and interest of the collector is truly revealed - it’s magical! (Can you do one for woman’s watches for us women? Collaborating with women who collect watches - your fiancée’s approval of course! And/or with the collectors that you already have a good business relationship with. I look forward to seeing).
Surprised to see Michael and Adam in your channel, hugely entertaining! I think Michael’s collection was better, the Seikos and Gshock closed the deal for me 😊
How Teddy knows so much about the watch industry it's so much fun watching his educational videos. Teddy would you mine sharing some tips to gain watch knowledge.
What I learnt was just how little Michael knows about watches. For him it's all about the cost and showing off rather than the horology. Honestly, I believe you need an understanding of watches at all price points to truly understand the value in high end pieces
Michael wins. The Tudor, the vintage Omega, and the PRX…. Dude, usually he has over-the-top tastes, but he got you & it wasn’t close!! Fun video Teddy!!
Teddy you're in my hood 😊. I go there all the time and also recently picked up a longines heritage military. I've had countless watches serviced there as well including my family heirloom 73 Speedmaster. Great place and great service there.
Michael's collection really made it for me. Yes, I'd love to have the G-Shock, is it the Holy Grail of G-Shocks? Otherwise a great range of watches which would provide day to day variety. Teddy's on the other hand looked a bit too similar. Yes there were differences, with the bezels especially however there were no impact pieces to my eyes. A really enjoyable video, thanks to all.
For stepping out of his comfort zone. i feel like Michael did a solid job. Not only did he hit a category Teddy didn't (GMT), but he also gave a variety of digitals, & a Piece Unique in the vintage Omega. But if I had to select one of the two. I do feel that Teddy's was the winner. the blend of every day + dress + casual won out in my opinion. Also nice to see Longines get some love w/ their new Zulu time. They're a brand with heritage that i feel flies under the radar & cudos for getting a silver watch (as much as i'm not a huge nato fan)
What a great time, I learnt a lot from you and had a tremendous amount of fun. Thank you Senator Baldassarre !
I often watch your RUclips videos and you completely surprised me with your choices! Your British guile snookered Mr. B!
Producer michael, you're a good chap mate 👏

$4k G-Shock is a deal breaker! Nope. 😂 Teddy won the challenge with a nice mix of colors and styles.👍

Producer Michael all the way. What unique choices
I'll have to go with Teddy's selection. It's almost perfect. Only thing I'd change would be BB58 steel instead of silver and replace the Longines Zulu time with the Omega Railmaster.
PM, what a wonderful and down to earth guy i've ever seen so far.
Blowing Michael's last 4k on a Titanium GShock, and not going for a Longines, should be a punishable offence!🤣🤣
Whoooo can’t believe Mr Teddy Baldassare VIP congratulations 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Hard for me to imagine him buying a watch other than jacob & co's and million dollar pateks 💀
This is a fun video about affordable watch collection …. Those trio are filling each other in a positive and fun way
Teddy by a landslide. The couple picked all quartz watches and didn''t seem to have any particular taste in watches @ all. I watched for 20 minutes and they didn't explain what they like. 😅
The first guy is a watch collector? I'd bet anything it's nautilus's, submariners, and rainbow royal oaks.😂How to build the worst collection ever for 12k.
Between the two videos with Producer Michael and 🧸, this is mu favorite video.
the fact that Adam knows all about Seiko says to me that Michael isn't paying him enough lol
Good call out for women's watches. ty
Surprised to see Michael and Adam in your channel, hugely entertaining! I think Michael’s collection was better, the Seikos and Gshock closed the deal for me 😊
Lol sure
How Teddy knows so much about the watch industry it's so much fun watching his educational videos.
Teddy would you mine sharing some tips to gain watch knowledge.
What I learnt was just how little Michael knows about watches. For him it's all about the cost and showing off rather than the horology.
Honestly, I believe you need an understanding of watches at all price points to truly understand the value in high end pieces
Great comeback by Teddy. Half way through it was all about Michael.
Lol Michael wasn't good at this at all. Should have just told him the lower priced brands and let him pick the ones he likes.
Michael wins. The Tudor, the vintage Omega, and the PRX…. Dude, usually he has over-the-top tastes, but he got you & it wasn’t close!! Fun video Teddy!!
Teddy, you win hands down. I’ll take your collection any time of the day.
Another classic segment, thanks Teddy.
Great video, Teddy's choices are GREAT simple and unique!
Teddy’s collection for the win. Longines, Oris, Tudor, Seiko and Nomos.
I really like Producer Mike. He seems like a genuinely nice dude
Great vid I love it was a affordable side in Michael collection and you took the more expensive and collector approach
Here, going right Michael. Titanium old school! Liked his other choices as well.
Teddy for the win! That Oris is a great piece.
10:12 I looove that baby blue dial watch up top that’s gorgeous 😍
